cannot connect to my iphone
The bebird-ear app does not connect to my iphone. I've reinstalled the app and I can see the unit in my wifi devices.
The connection is all set up but the camera shows all red. seems that the light or contract is too high how do u fix this
Camera orientation is off. Seems like it’s a mirror image of what it should be.
Randomly stopped working. Rebooted phone, uninstalled app & reinstalled, used on another device, drained battery & charged again but the camera on the app remains black. Incredibly annoying & feels like a waste of money

When connected,black screen appears. No image.
Issue resolved! My camera was fuzzy, not clear at all, after about a week. Tried cleaning the lens and attachments. DELETE THE APP and reinstall it! Works like new now!

App opens, connects to device, but the camera is completely black. Camera on device is not obscured in any way.
The wlan will show up not then bebird 0119 network shows no connection. Reset phone, turned on and off WiFi, reset device.
Why am I not able to change the camera view settings from ear cleaner to acne squeeze? It used to have this function and now suddenly it does not. And the screen on the app keeps going to all white and not allowing me to do anything I’ve already deleted and re downloaded it twice
Bevies app is not showing up in my iPhone settings to be able to even try and connect with it. Just bought it today and can not get it to work.

Installed app on my android, but app will not open
Will not maintain a connection with the bebird wifi connection in my wifi settings -- keeps disconnecting and reconnecting. Never connects long enough for the Bebird app acknowledge that the device is connected. How do I get my phone to trust that I've got the right connection? I suspect the lack of Internet is involved.
