Error 503 http when trying to create account
Can't get past Exhibit H Non disclosure and dispute resolution agreement. I try to initial at the bottom after scrolling down and when I hit accept, a error box pops up saying .... "Trouble connecting to the server. Please check your internet connection and try again." I have cleared the data and cashe from my phones storage, deleted and redownload the app. Cleared out the cashe and data from my Google play, reset all application preferences and restarted my phone. At this point it's been two weeks and I've tried everything and I've emailed the support but without a response. I'm sorry but I don't know how to fix it nor what else I could even do.
I’m not getting deliveries notifications. Please help
Hello I'm blocked out of app. I went to login several times and my password didn't go through and after trying the 6th time I was blocked.
My son used to deliver for you and now wants to start doing it again, but it says his account is blocked when he tries to get on. He has sent a email and no one has answered him back. So, I am trying to see if I can get a response. He was in good standing we he stopped delivering to go to college, so we have no idea what the problem is. Ifor the past 3 days I have not had a single delivery pop up. My daughter is having the same problem and others I have spoke to. I've done everything to try and fix the issue and nothing works. Chatted with people and sent emails numerous times. Still have not gotten a response back from tech it email. Getting extremely frustrated as this is my only source of income.
When I make it to the Exhibit H page and sign it it puts up an- unable to connect to server and to check my internet connection. My internet connection is good. How can I move past this point?

tried to sign a form for Point Pickup Driver App on an android; pressed "Agree and Accept" for a NDA agreement (Exhibit H) but got the following message: "Unable to reach the server. Please check the internet settings and try again".
I have yet to be paid for completed deliveries from 3 days ago. I did however receive a response to my email asking where my pay is.This is what they said in there response to my email inquiry. "Thank you for reaching out. We are currently experiencing an issue with Payouts and Transfers and have interrupted our Stripe connection to address and resolve the issue. Drivers may be able to access funds in their Stripe account via the Pay Me Now feature, but manual Payouts and Transfers for deliveries will be impacted. We hope to have this resolved and the system processing within the next 24-48 hours." This response does not address my original question which was where is my payment for deliveries that I have already completed. "Drivers may be able to access funds in their Stripe account via the Pay Me Now feature," well if Point Pickup hasn't paid me for my deliveries how in the world am I going to be able to access money that isn't there to begin with??? When you get answers like this that in no way address the question asked makes one wonder what is really going on. This is not a good way to conduct business.

Logged me out and won’t let me log back in. Keeps saying error with my phone number.
I was a point pick up Driver in Wasilla Alaska. On October 4, 2022 I noticed deliveries that were put into my account that weren’t mine. I kept copies of all the screenshots. Whoever was doing that hack my account and hacked somebody else’s account because the deliveries all happened at a time where my local Walmart was closed and I was still asleep. I reported it to point pick up and then they promptly locked my account and launched a fraud investigation. It’s now going on week three and we haven’t heard anything from point pick up as to any resolution. My next step is to take this to my Alaska Attorney General and the Connecticut Attorney General. Ignoring this is not gonna make it go away. They need to investigate fraud and find out who did this and prosecute them to the full extent of law.
when i see notifications for avail orders i sometimes go to the app to see if it shows on the order bar often it doesn't , then when i try click on notification it gets glitchy as it tries to show the order that id readily accept
My stripe account is not loading in order for me to activate pay me now. Please resolve this issue because it just keeps loading and the screen never opens up.
Manage Stripe Account Button: Only loads does not work and I should have Instant Pay by now, but it won't let me get that feature as well.
For the past week when i look on my orders & payments page on the app. Then i try to access Mange My Stripe Account and my phone does nothing but load. Its stuck on the load screen. I put my phone down and came back after an hour and it was still loading. Why???????
