How to fix Outdoorsy app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Outdoorsy app on iPhone
Update Outdoorsy app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Outdoorsy iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Outdoorsy on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Outdoorsy network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Outdoorsy Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Outdoorsy not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Outdoorsy App
1. On android, goto Settings » Outdoorsy » click [Force Stop]

Update Outdoorsy to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Outdoorsy App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Outdoorsy » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Outdoorsy.

Fix Outdoorsy unable to contact server/ Outdoorsy internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Outdoorsy » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Outdoorsy » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
