- Login and password issue with "An error has occurred - Please Retry"

- App has yet to improve after two years

- No reception in wilderness caused issue

I selected electronic license and tagging in the Myodfw app for the 2022 season. I was out of coverage during the first season elk hunt and was unable to validate my harvest. The app failed to load and the tag was expired by the time I returned to coverage. I have screen captures of the error, ONx location data and photos of the downed elk with metadata as well as various witnesses. How do I validate the harvest to address this issue? I have already filled out the mandatory season report.

How to fix MyODFW app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the MyODFW app on iPhone
Update MyODFW app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MyODFW iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MyODFW on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MyODFW network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

MyODFW Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix MyODFW not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the MyODFW App
1. On android, goto Settings » MyODFW » click [Force Stop]

Update MyODFW to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MyODFW App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » MyODFW » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart MyODFW.

Fix MyODFW unable to contact server/ MyODFW internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click MyODFW » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto MyODFW » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
