Behind times

If you used other good fitness apps you’d recognize this one as lagging behind some. The exercises just show up and not on their date-but ahead of time. Today is the 19th-when I open app it automatically opens the 20th so I need to go back and find the 19th. You can see alternate exercises but you can’t just swap them out and follow reps and record weight like for example in Lauren Simpsons app. There is no instruction on rest times within the circuits. I signed up as part of a challenge that begins today but there is nothing in regards to that in AlexiaClark at all. And the nutrition side-no swap outs, just auto takes you to “this is it for you.” No custom calorie counts etc. and the menu and shopping list are Loooong. Sorry-that’s too much work and too many little things to get that I don’t even know if I will like or use in the future if there are leftovers. It’s more like a whole cookbook just for one week.

Split program is giving me results so quickly

I tried the standard Alexia Clark program in the past and didn't love it. I could never stick with it.

I'm loving the split program. I'm seeing noticeable results within the first month (felt them before that).

I've always loved that AlexiaClark includes Gifs rather than following a video class.

My only complaint is that some of the circuits use gear that would be difficult to do a circuit with at the gym, so I will do all the exercises but sometimes I can't do them as a circuit.

For example, a couple circuits have 2 different machines within one circuit. There's no way those two different machines would still be open by the time I complete the first round and start the second round.

It would also be rude to hold two machines at a crowded gym when I'm doing a circuit with 2-3 other exercises. Plus the machines usually aren't right next to each other so it really wouldn't even be possible.

But I make it work by just pulling out the machine exercises and doing regular sets rather than circuits to still get it done, but it's not always as intended.

Overall enjoying the split program. It's probably the most consistent I've been with a program because I'm enjoying it and seeing/feeling results.

Love this app!

I love strength training, and the variety of workouts provided in this program prevents me from gravitating to the same circuits I would complete at the gym. The nutrition plan is also pulling me out of my comfort zone - I’m cooking new things and I’m steering clear of less nutritious options just because they’re quick and easy to grab. I’m also especially appreciative of the home versions due to quarantine!

I knocked off a star because I’ve noticed that there are little glitches from time to time - some exercise GIFs won’t appear, some recipe details might not make sense, and this only happened once but there was an instance where the exercise notes did not match the name of the exercise/video.

Overall, really really love AlexiaClark and would recommend to beginners and experienced athletes. I always looked forward to going to the gym to unwind after the work day, but I’ll probably continue to use AlexiaClark once I feel safe enough to go to the gym again. AC thank you for all that you do!

Any Woman Can Do It

This is my third time using Alexia Clark as a workout mentor. Now a mother of 4 and 40 years young. I needed a jump back in start, even when I fall down, I change my mindset and restart. I came back to Alexia Clark due to her personal response to my question one time. I believe that is the utmost respect a now popular trainer can give to a follower. I enjoy working out in my home, AlexiaClark is easy to follow and I can work around my young and older children. I can jump on any time I love that part. I truly been enjoying and also following the nutrition plan as well. The food is delicious and I love it. Overall it has been a great balance and need for me. I wake up excited to workout and make sure I complete each day. I push myself to get back in shape after my last baby who is 15 months old. I truly feel Alexia Clark is true to herself, her workouts and advice training. She isn’t just posting goofy social media to appeal to the rest. Alexia Clark is one of a kind and down to true fitness! Alexia Clark

Alexia Clarke’s workouts are top Notch. They are different every day and organized in muscle groups. She knows how to strengthen agonist and antagonist muscles. The muscles that may be sore from the day before get stretched in the next days workouts. She has warm up and cool down. You can vary the intensity and she incorporates cardio so you don’t have to add any cardio. I am never bored, always challenged and have not seen this muscle definition in this almost 60 year old body in years! The 5 th circuit is always an added bonus challenge that focuses on different areas to tighten and tone. Now she has an express workout for days your time is limited. She also includes an awesome meal plan!!! She answers email questions and loves her clients. I will always be her number one fan. She has made fitness happen for me. Thank you Alexia Clark💜🩷💖💗

Alexia is my trainer

I am a Mother of two kids, i use to have a very good body , almost no need to exercise at all, but when you have kids your body change and your shape too. Thanks to a friend a got on the Alexia intagram account almost 2 years ago, then i decided to move to the training program app, and I have workout with this program during this two years, it have been amazing. I try to keep up my training but sometimes i havent been so continuously in the program , but i have started again i feel this time i will achieve what i did the first time i began . With the pandemic Alexia App have been definitely the greates app program for me, my sister and Mom . Thanks so much for doing such a great work . I feel part of the queen team .

Absolutely Love this App!

Absolutely Love AlexiaClark! Easy to use, I love that you can choose to do the workout at home or at the gym. I really love that she shows you how to do each the exercises with correct form. And also gives you an alternative for each one. The workouts are always new & switching up, Plus each month there is a new challenge! Each morning when I wake up I’m excited to see what the workout is for the day! Another plus is there is a nutrition section you can follow or help give you ideas for meals! Oh! And if you ever have any questions she gets back to you very quickly, which is so awesome! Also there is a private FB page, and the ladies are so supportive!! And last but not least there is a referral program!

Want results??? Get this app!

As a four year plus member of the Queenteam I can confidently state that the Alexia Clark app is amazing!! No two workouts are the same so you never have to worry about getting bored. She hits all the body parts at different angles so you will see muscles popping in no time. It is user friendly, has a home and gym version, exercise details written out along with a demonstration video plus exercise alternatives. Alexia is constantly innovating and improving her app. You now can favorite a workout, input your weight and rep count. When I travel it has mini band workouts that are effective and can be done anywhere. Hitting the “workout complete” button is extremely satisfying and motivating! Trust me when I say there is no better app out there!

Unmotivated

AlexiaClark has saved my workouts and motivation. Alexia has really thought of it all when building this platform. It’s incredibly easy to maneuver and the workouts are incredible! I have worked out for years and it feels good to get a heavy sweat and pump back into my workouts! Thanks for saving me Alexia! I hate going to the gym because I am around people all day and I really wanted to stay working out at home. Its my quiet place but I was feeling burned out with the same old workouts. Her workouts are so fun and they push you to want to get better and stronger! It took me a year to sign up because most of these things are scams. I truly regret waiting so long! If you want to add one thing to your budget this year to get fit.. I HIGHLY recommend AlexiaClark! You wont regret it.

Outstanding!

I initially signed up for Alexia’s program in 2019 after following her mini circuits on Instagram for a year and truthfully, the program exceeded all of my expectations. Her workouts are dynamic , adaptable, and I find I’m challenged every day! Even with the 30 minute option, I still feel accomplished and a mood boost for having put in the effort. She’s the best kind of motivator and reminds her followers how important it is to make exercise and working out a habit. Her app has only enhanced my enjoyment of her program, with features like a built in timer, demonstrations of all exercises, a great layout. Highly recommend!

I recently started using the split program and rejoined a gym after years of working out at home. What a game changer! Still love her workouts and find myself more consistent than ever.

40yr old game changer

I’ve been using a different program for 3 years before finding this one. At first it was great. The workouts were quick, to the point and definitely gained strength. After a while I became stiffer, aching everywhere and felt like I’d lost all agility I may have had before. I was blaming it on age and trying to train better, then harder, then less to give my body a break and nothing. More yoga, more walking. Still stiff as a board and hurt everyday. Mkay, insert this program and yes, I was so sore that I could barely walk the first several days but I knew it was different. I had less aches and stiffness after the first week. I’m starting to be lighter on my feet again and being able to play ball with my kids more, for longer and feeling my athleticism again!!! Thank goodness it wasn’t just getting older!

Made the switch from Sweat. No regrets.

I’ve now been doing Alexia Clark’s workouts for about 4 months and it’s been so fun and rewarding. I was doing Kayla Itsines faithfully for about 7 years and while no shade at her programming, I really felt a desire to change it up. My body had grown used to the methods utilized by all the trainers and I was no longer seeing new results. Almost immediately after a switching to Alexia Clark I saw improvements. First, my muscles show way more. The movement aren’t as explosive as they are slow and controlled. Second, I’m obsessed with her programming. Every day is different and you never know what the next day will have. Third, her monthly challenges keep it fun and engaging. And they’re HARD in a good way. Great for fitness enthusiasts. Fourth, her workouts offer modifications for home, gym, and easier alternatives. This has been so helpful for me as I switch back and forth from home and gym. Not having to think about substitutions or wondering if I’m compromising the difficulty of the workout has been a game changer. Obviously I’m a big fan and I highly recommend. If you want to push yourself, be a part of an incredible community, never be bored AND see fast improvements I suggest you start! I’m a SAHM/homeschooling Mom of 3 and I am loving every second!

ALEXIA IS THE BEST!!!

Great app and coaching all with alternative exercises so you can gain strength and improve cardio all at your own pace. There are always 5 circuits and it never gets boring! You can save your favorite workouts and there are travel workouts that make it easy to get in a quick workout with bands and body weight or if you have gym access while traveling you can choose to do a quick 30 min 2 circuit workout. You will shed fat and gain muscle! The meal plan is perfect! So delicious and easy to make with options for vegetarians. The meals and portions are plenty and everything is so flavorful and delicious. Alexia is always available for any questions you may have or if you need help. She also makes it easy to stop and start your subscription. But you will not want to stop because YOU WILL SEE REAL RESULTS and YOU WILL FEEL AMAZING!!! TRY IT! YOU WILL LOVE IT!

Best fitness app

I have done a lot of online virtual programs including P90x, Insanity, Body building free programs when they were available in the early 2000s, programs from MIA fitness (Instagram influencer 2019) and I have a peloton bike/membership. I still use my peloton for cardio spin work outs but Alexia Clark is by far the best app/online program I have used.

The workouts are always different and challenging. The modifications are great when a move is too hard for me. The home versus in gym option and easy transition by pushing one click on AlexiaClark is very user friendly.

Based on the time you have for a work you can easily toggle the number of circuits you have time for each day.

AlexiaClark includes an automatic timer for each move, rests and the circuit overall. I used to have to use a stop watch/timer which was annoying in other programs so I find this allows me more time to focus on the next move at hand versus watching the clock. AlexiaClark timer has a beating you can hear over your music to keep up with the workout.

Alexia also has made time to answer my questions via email about the program, my progress and is open to feedback. It’s absolutely worth the money paid- and I would 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for something challenging for all levels, easy to use and pink!

Best Fitness App and Program!!

I’m a mom of two and I’ve struggled for YEARS to get back in shape. I’ve tried Orange Theory, CrossFit, you name it! Alexia Clark’s fitness app has been a game changer for me during quarantine. I look forward to getting up early every morning and completing the workout for the day. In a short 3 weeks, I’m already seeing the results I want. I can’t wait to see how much my body changes in a few months! The weekly meal list, directions, and grocery list have also helped me save money each week. Every workout is a challenge but formulated for real results if you commit to it 5 days a week. There’s a gym version of the daily workout and a home version. I do the home version 60 minutes (there’s a 30 minute variation). I love AlexiaClark! It’s allowed me to change my daily routine, get up early, start the day off right, and is changing my lifestyle and eating habits. Highly recommend!!!

Amazing effective workouts !

Not for the week of heart these will challenge you in the best way possible. I'm 51 and was just noticing my shape was kind of shifting.I was working with a wonderful nutrition coach for other women who are in their 40s- 60s and she highly recommended HIIT training vs. my normal yoga & barre workouts. She had explained to me how we lose a lot of muscle as we age and although my weight on the scale was saying pretty much the same I wasn't pleased with my overall physique.
I have now done 54 of Alexia's 30 -60 minute workouts and the results already are amazing. This is like the icing on the cake.
I had cleaned up all processed foods and eliminated sugar and coffee with my first gal and am now ready to see where I can take my fitness.
I always shied away from heavier weights worrying that I would look bulky- I like more of a dancers physique but wow was I wrong. I'm so glad I took this leap of faith I'm going to be a lifer!
The community is super supportive on the Facebook page everyone is cheering you on the matter what age level or size you are and the workouts are super unique.
One of the girls in the Facebook group told me to take a picture at the start and I'm so glad I listened to her because that is where I saw the difference as it is truly remarkable because the scale has stayed the same for me. I am of a average weight and didn't really need to lose weight per se but wanted to reshape & look leaner, more toned.

Thank you for this amazing app and for the amazing workout !! It’s the best workout that keeps you feeling motivated all the way and challenged with amazing results . Alexia Clark built her app taking into consideration all levels making it easy to workout on your own pace ensuring no compromise on the form . If you read the notes carefully and follow her instructions u don’t end up with any injury or the fear of hurting yourself during a virtually workout on your own . It’s the best app so far as I have been trying many other workouts and apps all over the world for almost two years . I keep on preaching about Alexia Clark whenever I travel as I sincerely feel that she’s my own personal trainer worldwide . She is also really very responsive on your queries and she’s very engaging with her social media community . She motivates each one of us and shares successful stories and real struggles . Alexia Clark is truly authentic and true to her passion and the people dependent on her .

Excellent Program & App

I am on the split program & love AlexiaClark . Love the flexibility to choose from 3 programs, home or gym workout, # of circuits you want to complete depending on how much time you have & if you want to do a warm up or cool down. Easy to follow & you also get a simple nutrition meal plan. I’ve completed several other programs with apps & these are are some things that I think would make AlexiaClark a game changer. The ability to hit play through all the rest periods without having to manually hit next. On the split program there are no recorded workouts with Alexia & I think it would be more motivating to have the Wednesday Mobility & Abs workout a recorded workout with Alexia. It would be nice to have private messaging and chat right in AlexiaClark for everyone who is working out at that time and can encourage each other & post pictures and ask Alexia questions there instead of email or social media sites.

Love it so much I had to leave a review

I just wanted to write a review for the people who are unsure or on the fence about joining AC &. I was obsessed with my local gym for 3+ years and always told myself that I would never be someone who would be able to follow an at-home or app-based program, even though I was a personal trainer at the time! When COVID hit and my gym closed temporarily, I knew I had no other option and had been following AC’s Instagram for a while for inspo. I was hesitant bc a lot of what she posts on IG seems very complex, but AlexiaClark and daily workouts are quite easy to follow. With options for the beginner or the expert, anyone can hop on at any level and progress in many ways. The results I have seen and felt are amazing and I’ve not stepped foot in my gym in over a year - I’m talking results I never saw after years of exercise classes at the gym. The queen team, results and variety of exercises keep me extremely motivated and excited to work out. AC I also fairly accessible and personally responds to all emails/inquiries, she also tracks the FB page and always incorporates people suggestions regarding exercises / app issues. I just wish there was a way to track workouts daily whether we did the one from that day or not.

I feel so good!

I started this after trying to lose my baby weight postpartum. I mean I’m almost 2 years postpartum trying a bunch of other workouts. I love the format of AlexiaClark . I love how it tracks my stats for me and I can visually see when I workout and when I don’t. I don’t use the nutrition aspect of it but I didn’t even realize we had access to that when I initially joined! I love these workouts and I’ve slimmed up in a month! I feel tighter and I have more energy. Oh! And I love that you can tweak how long you want your workouts to be. I have to wake up at 430 before my toddlers wake up or else I can’t do any of this in peace. Even shortening it to 2 circuits and the challenge has shown to give me more results than my old BB dvds.
