Programme complet et diversifié
I’ve been on this program for over 2 tears now and I wouldn’t change it for the world! The workouts are never the same, we can save our favorites, there’s a meal plan, watm up and cool down, workouts in case you travel with minimum equipment and I’m certainly missing things.. the Queenteam is a great community, Alexia is a great coach and honestly the price is reasonable for all the things it offers. Again, I wouldn’t change it for the world!
The programs are just awesome ! They are varied and enable you to work out in so many different ways no matter how fit you are. I’ve been working out for years on my own but was getting bored and didn’t know exactly about the benefits of the exercises. Getting fitter by the day now ! Anyone looking for efficiency should join in!
It has everything you need.. You dont even have to think about anything, planning circuits, taking note the reps/kg , how to do the exercise correctly, meal prep, ANYTHING!
