خدمة العملاء جداً سيئة ، لايتم التجاوب بسرعه ، ولا يوجد لديهم أي حل أو فكرة عن البرنامج

MyTableمايتيبل crashes when I try to change the city & time. It crashes every time I do this and it’s frustrating to use.

تطبيق عديم الفائدة ولا يستحق التحميل لا يمكنك الدخول للتطبيق للتعرف عليه الا بتحميل جميع بياناتك وفي الاخير عديم الفائدة

البرنامج حجز للمظاعم والا تذكير بمباريات الهلال!!

كنت متواجده في المطعم ( زيتونه تراس) ... المطعم رفض استخدام الحجز وقال ان السيستم لايعمل لديهم.. رجعت البيت واتفاجأت المطعم ابلغ بعدم تواجدي وقت الحجز واتلعى الحجز وراح المبلغ رغم اني كنت موجوده في المطعم … ومافي طريقه اتواصل مع الدعم في التطبيق للاسف

تطبيق سيئ جدااا في خدمة العملاء
تم سحب مبلغ 840 لحجز مطعم وتم الغاء الحجز من المطعم
والى الان لم يتم استرجاع المبلغ في حسابي وتم التواصل اكثر من مررره بالواتس اب والاتصال ولا يوجد تجاوب

للاسف حجزت مطعم الساعه ١١ وتواصلو مع المطعم يقفل ١١:٣٠
تواصلت مع التطبيق ولا احد رد وانا دافعه ٤٠٠ ريال حجز و للان ما رجعوها

So Bad 🙂

Difficult to use and only few cities with few options 👎🏻

Also when I search by date and time, MyTableمايتيبل shows me restaurants in Riyadh while I am located in Dhahran!

It was a nice app and useful
Now it’s annoying and I challenge any one can disable notifications from MyTableمايتيبل

When you click Reservation for some restaurants MyTableمايتيبل shut down, if you can’t constantly put updates for your app don’t put it in App Store in the first place

1- u can’t find list of your reservations. So good luck trying to cancel or reschedule one
2- help form doesn’t actually send a message!
3- send idea has a bug
4- if you put up a profile photo, good luck removing it. You can’t.

It was good and easy and I was using it to book my reservations.
Now, it is difficult to use, difficult to cancel reservations, can’t see restaurants in normal way.
There are different apps can be more efficient with more choices.

I would like to see more improvement by having :
1-If the Resturant keeps telling me it’s fully booked I would like to see when it’s available to book date ant time(list)
2-Support apple pay
3-survey after each visit
4-membership
5-complimentary service for app users
6- rescheduling options
7-accurate social media accounts for each restaurant, phone number direct text messages with Resturant if there is specific request (like allergies, special needs, celebration... etc)

منتزه النخيل وكرم بيروت وعمار وغيرهم ليه حاطينهم في البرنامج وهم لايستقبلون الحجوزات
اتمنى وضع الدفع للجديه واذا تكنسل الموعد اخذ مبلغ معقول ويرجع لسياسة المطعم شكرا🙏🏻

I can’t update my e-mail through MyTableمايتيبل .. as I have signed in through my phone number and I cannot update my e-mail to make reservations at restaurants.

MyTableمايتيبل doesn’t allow you to see the next reservation time that’s actually available for a specific restaurant. Instead, it forces you to select every single day to check, telling you “no availability” each time until you reach a free day. Huge waste of time please fix this!

التطبيق جيد لكن للاسف كمية المطاعم قليلة وايضا حجزنا عن طريقه وعندما وصلنا لم نجد المكان المناسب لنا وايضا لا نجد اي عرض في قائمة الطعام لا صور ولا نوعية الاكل ف التطبيق

رائع
