Brassica Sandwiches and Salads Reviews

BrassicaSandwichesandSalads is all over the place. The scroll menu at the top doesn’t land correctly upon tapping. I’m almost sure their available times section is broken or they really are busy?? No matter what time you click… the pickup time is always unavailable.
The past five times I’ve tried to order from BrassicaSandwichesandSalads I’ve given up just drive and walk into a slightly busy restaurant. Foods always good. But BrassicaSandwichesandSalads is a hoooooot mess. Has been for a bit too.

This is the first app I have used that tricked me for money. I order takeout a lot and use apps like this but this one is different. I don’t tip for takeout. No other app forces it either. This one on the other hand is the exception because when you go to finish the order and click order it automatically puts in a tip suggested amount. That I feel is messed up because not everyone will be looking for that. Yes have the option for me to give a tip but don’t just put it in for us. This is feel is stealing and very unfair. Feels almost like the scam calls when you know someone is going to be deceived. I feel you should leave this part at $0.00 and let the PAYING customer decide!

BrassicaSandwichesandSalads ’s menu doesn’t match what’s available in the store at the correct hours, so you get all the way to checkout before it says “this isn’t available”. Very frustrating. There is also a confusing “full menu” toggle which makes thins worse. This combined with the phone number no longer accepting orders (or getting to talk to a human in general), makes this a tough choice in the myriad of other food options. In-store dining is good though.

It doesn’t matter what time of day it is but times are never available - ASAP or if you adjust to hours later. This is a bug that needs to be fixed on BrassicaSandwichesandSalads and website - I’ve called the restaurant multiple times and there is availability but they can’t help since you can no longer place orders over the phone. I have to believe this translates to a lot of lost business...

BrassicaSandwichesandSalads times out frequently, forgets your address, and you have to guess when they have delivery times available or you have to start over. They also don’t disclose the delivery charge. It’s so different from their in store experience - disappointing

I love all of your restaurants but hate that in BrassicaSandwichesandSalads I cannot make modifications. Ex: Breakfast burrito. I just want extra salsa every time. No way to order that in BrassicaSandwichesandSalads . There isn’t even a place to type a modification. What if a person is allergic to one ingredient. There’s no way to let you know to remove it.

BrassicaSandwichesandSalads rarely allows you to actually order anything for a regular time you’d want to eat. There are just constant messages that say there are too many orders for an hour in the future or more. Delivery is practically non-existent. When it does work it’s nice to be able to pick things up but that’s normally only during non-peak hours.

Great option to order via app! We like to modify our order (for Northstar burger: sub tortilla for bun, add mayonnaise). No option available to do so when placing order. Clicking ‘Modify this order’ generates an automated message that the order cannot be prepared by the specified time. Sigh.
Being a new app, this hopefully can be improved upon in the future.

BrassicaSandwichesandSalads is great when it works, but sometimes it won’t let you order anything. No matter if you do ASAP or a scheduled time. And for some reason, you can’t order food by phone. So if you want to go orders, a lot of time I have to go in, order and then wait.

Can't understand why I'm given the choice of "ASAP" Only to be told at check out that I need to select a later time because ASAP isn't available. Then, when fifteen minutes after ASAP is selected, in told same.... And 30 min and 45 min etc. Why not have times that aren't available grayed out? It's frustrating, it's like I'm at an auction.

Northstar, Brassica and Third & Hollywood, you stole my heart from the beginning and you will always have it. Time for a “but”… But, my heart is more than slightly broken now that my favorite Northstar salad (Townsfair, aka other names at other locations) is gone. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE bring it back. There are other also delicious options, and I get needing to refresh a menu occasionally, but it’s like I was dating the man of my dreams and we broke up and I’m dating his wonderful brother… great but not the same. And about BrassicaSandwichesandSalads , it works great no issues other than I’m not able to add tofu to the Greenville salad. (Almost) all my love to you!

App is okay, gets the job done. Only suggestion is to not list the “available time” selections that really aren’t available. It’s a bit annoying having to go from ASAP to 15 minutes later, then keep selecting at 15 minute intervals until there’s some availability. Only list the actual available times if possible :) !

I rarely use BrassicaSandwichesandSalads without encountering a new problem. It resets pickup time. It says ASAP pickup is all booked up—at 2pm on a Tuesday.

Most recently, I tapped “edit” on an order that went through, but backed out of that and got my original order. Unfortunately now I can’t use BrassicaSandwichesandSalads because it forever thinks I’m editing the original order. From two weeks ago. Even if I cancel out and start a new order. Even if I choose a new location. No matter what. Error. BrassicaSandwichesandSalads is bricked.

I use BrassicaSandwichesandSalads every week to order from Northstar, and it works very well. Never lets me down. Well, almost never. I’ve noticed a bit of a bug which has bitten me a couple times now. When you launch BrassicaSandwichesandSalads , select a “scheduled” time for pickup and schedule a particular time in the future for pickup. Then, from the “recent orders” section, select a recent order and tap “Reorder now”. Once you do this, your “scheduled” pickup time that you previously set is switched to “ASAP”. And if you don’t realize this before checking out, you’ve just placed an order for pickup ASAP with your only recourse being to call the restaurant directly to apologize and correct the pickup time. Because as an ASAP order, there is no option within BrassicaSandwichesandSalads to cancel.

Would also be great if you could just remember the Make/Model/color of my car. I get that could potentially change depending on who’s driving, but you already remember my name, phone number, credit card info, and everything I’ve ever ordered. It’s just a bit of a pain having to manually enter my car info every single time. Use the last entered car, and people can change it if need be.

So glad I can order for curbside pick-up. They’ve added a lot of modifications so I can customize my order. And bonus - order Brassica from BrassicaSandwichesandSalads too! Individual Brassica sandwiches and salads are now available. I really appreciate the touch-free experience.

App is fantastic for ordering and is very easy to use. One thing I would recommend changing is an area to write modifications to the order under options. But otherwise great app.

I LOVE Northstar and BrassicaSandwichesandSalads is a lifesaver while we’ve been ordered to stay at home and follow social distancing. I can order and pay ahead of time and never have to leave my car. They are super organized finding cars and bringing out carryouts with the big smiles we have come to know and love at Northstar.

BrassicaSandwichesandSalads was recently updated and I have to say it’s so convenient and easy! I love that it gives you the option to customize orders and choose your carryout pick up style.

We are big fans of Bexley Brassica’s healthy, delicious food, and BrassicaSandwichesandSalads makes it super easy to place an order. We very much appreciate their offering curbside pickup during this difficult time.

I’ve been trying to order on BrassicaSandwichesandSalads but no matter what options I choose as far as Walk-in, Curbside, ASAP or scheduled orders, it will still give me an error message. And when you call the actual restaurant they say they don’t do phone orders. So the only other option is to go inside.
