Used the app once - no problem. Parked the car and was running late for a flight and so decided to use it again. However my password didn’t save for some reason and I tried probably 20 times with different email addresses to get a password reset sent to me. I also tried to sign in using Apple and when I put my phone number in they said it was associated with a different account. Now I’m wondering if they’re going to tow my car!!

The following e-mail was sent to Flowbird again today (25/06/2021). To date I have had no response whatever. Please contact me asap to resolve this matter as a matter of urgency. Ross Clarke rossclarke7@redacted 07802745801 (earlier e-mail) 24/06/2021 Sir On Sunday June 20 I messaged you via the Contact Us link on your website regarding the faulty parking payment machine at Chase Farm Hospital. I had parked in the parking lot around 2.30pm and attempted to pay to leave around 5.00pm. But the machine was not working and it was not possible to pay. I called the number on the machine and was told to visit your website and report the problem by completing the contact us link. This I did. I explained I was not able to pay for parking at Chase Farm Hospital because the machine was out of order and your app was not working properly either. I attached a picture of the faulty machine. Can you please confirm you received my original correspondence, as well as this correspondence, and that I will not be financially penalised. Hi. I had a problem with the parking machine location code 10117 in Lebus Street Tottenham hale. I couldn't use the machine straight away as the machine was cancelling my purchase. I was there from 10 am until I manage to get help from someone at 11.46 my parking ticket Number 4920 ref 27506 registration WM67FZR and I left by 12 pm but I paid £5.50 to cover the time I was there looking for help. I did call this number and the person said he can't help me then download the app, please.

App billing Fail and Helpdesk Unable to Resolve

Vacation to NC coast trying to use app curbside parking. App would not complete transaction with error indicating my credit card address did not match. Multiple update attempts then called help. The person answering was nice, polite and remorseful. Suggested finding a lot with payment machine that accepts credit cards. I’m on vacation visiting so asked for suggestions. No information available. Suggested paying by coins but did not have $10 in coins for the expected 2 hours. Mentioned there must be a technical problem as they recently received 7 or 8 calls for the same issue. Drove to another location and used a payment machine. Need to have a reliable app before releasing for public use.

Too Difficult & Confusing

1st, why charge additional convenience fees…that’s absurd. 2nd, your app would not accept my phone number, I had such a hard time trying to use this app. It’s too difficult to pick a particular “circled pin” when the map showed several at my location. I didn’t know which one to pick, you should just be able to use the station’s I’d number or something. After I tried all that, I had know idea how to enter my card number…mind you, we’re at the beach standing outside trying to figure this all out. Pay-by-Phone App is much easier. You should take notes & DROP THE CONVENIENCE FEE! Especially since the pay stations don’t warn you of the additional fees , they just say “download Flowbird app”, like wth.

Terrible customer service and app.

I would give this zero stars if I could. The app told me my session was out of time so I quickly added more time to avoid getting a ticket. Once I paid for another hour my previous session had popped up and I still had half an hour left... I paid for the same half hour twice. I reached out to customer service for a refunded and they said “ I do apologize for the inconvenience, but once the transaction is complete there is no way to cancel, edit, or delete the transaction.” This app has no way to resolves issues. Which is terrible when you have a huge flaw like sessions disappearing so you don’t know how much time you have left. Definitely deleting.
