No one will get back to me and I have tried several times to contact someone about cancelling my account. They are ghosting me and not replying to my emails. Did anyone ever get to cancel their account??

This subscription was supposed to have been cancelled instead my account t was charged $42.39 on 1/15/2022 through apple bill. I am requesting a refund. It cleared my bank account on 1/18/2022! I will be checking my bank statements to see if you have charged me again. I will reporting you to the Better Business Bureau after reading other customer comments. I just want to cancel my subscription or membership with FitHer Workout for Woman and I don't know how to do it. I contacted a consultant for help and he did not help me at all. What do I have to do to cancel my subscription?

I sent an email within the first 7 days about cancellation and all I got was a copy and paste on how to cancel from the website that doesn’t help at all . So I asked for a cancel application and I never received a response. Now I can’t even find or sign into the website to make sure it doesn’t auto renew because i don’t want to use this app

Paid for 3 month app on my iPhone about 2 months ago. Received a renewal notice on my iPhone on 7/11 and renewed for another 3 months even though my original 3 months was NOT finished. Wrote to you inquiring why? and also why app was no longer notifying me daily. Today, 7/23/21 the workout will NOT download. Please tell me exactly how many months I have credit for , why it is not downloading and why it is not notifying? Do I need to cancel? Can you please fix and advise...???

Terrible Terrible false advertising no customer service at all zero

TOTAL SCAM OBVIOUSLY!!!!! So I never write bad reviews but this one deserves it. So I an ad for Facebook for this app and it had all of these different area specific things that you supposedly could select to work out if you downloaded the app and paid for it so of course I did because that is exactly what I’m looking for. Unfortunately the app has nothing that is shown in the Facebook ads. I wanted to give the company the benefit of the doubt so I emailed them multiple times I reached out on Facebook nobody has responded so basically they took my money for something that is false advertising is deceitful and very unprofessional and the app is like any other free app I could find anywhere. So I wasted my money for nothing avoid at all!!!!!? It looks like a great app based on the Facebook ads I wanted to be able to work out specific areas of my body the app has absolutely nothing like that in it and it wasn’t cheek don’t be fooled. I want somebody to contact me and show me where I find these specific things that are listed in the advertisements or I want my money back. I plan to do a chargeback and write more reviews if somebody doesn’t contact me I’ve waited over a week.

Give some milk before we purchase the cow

Hi, this app sounds amazing however I don’t know enough about it to make the call to pay for 1,3 or 6 months without seeing how the app operates. I would suggest offering a 7-day free trial or heck even a 24 hour trial so users can at least choose if it’s something we want to do if you really stand by your product. I don’t like having to pay without knowing what I am paying for and I’m sure I’m not alone. I love the idea though! Thank you!

Not for people who already work out!

Pretty disappointed here. I work out Monday through Friday for an hour each day, and was looking for something to mix it up. These are all the same moves just mixed up into different workouts. Even if you go 2 to 3 months into the schedule, all the moves are the same. I won’t get any fitness gains this way. I should’ve paid for a week upfront instead of wasting my money for six months.
