How to fix Purposity app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Purposity app on iPhone
Update Purposity app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Purposity iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Purposity on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Purposity network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Purposity Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Purposity not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Purposity App
1. On android, goto Settings » Purposity » click [Force Stop]

Update Purposity to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Purposity App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Purposity » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Purposity.

Fix Purposity unable to contact server/ Purposity internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Purposity » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Purposity » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
