Needs Work
There is no way to control credit card data that the app captures and stores. There should be a permission tab like most other apps have. Contact/Feedback is impossible through the “whiteboard”. No one ever answers questions. Also, the cost associated with listed needs seem high and the items requested are sometimes vague. Doesn’t seem to be a lot of transparency. It seems direct giving is a better way to go.

Make the “Optional” donation button darker
I love this app and love helping out. I’m also glad that I can now donate to Purposity to help them continue. What I don’t like is how the “optional” donation button is already set at 15% and is a very slight shade different from the other options, so you can barely tell what’s selected. It almost seems like it was designed that way, which is unfortunate coming from a charity organization. These tactics have no place for a charity organization. Hopefully, this was done unintentionally.

Scam?
I received an email from support. Apparently they had a bug and apologized for the problem and refunded my account and fixed the issue. I appreciate their response and owning up to the problem. I donated and set up for meet 10 needs. So I donated to my first “story” money taken from my bank. I log in a few days later and the app says you haven’t met anyone’s needs yet please help. It keeps asking for money!!!!
