Not showing matches within my distance settings
Unable to do anything but message — no links, icons, buttons on the bottom to matching or chat rooms.
I have had 3 profiles that liked me disappear as soon as I click on their picture to check them out. I reached out to upward about one of them and they claim that the member took a break or something. That is definitely not the case in what continues to happen at times when I simply click on a profile to check out someone who like me.
Please help me cancel my Upward account
I cannot log in using my telephone number. I’m a PAID member!!!
The app with not send me a verification code at all for the last 2 days
Had the app over a month and It still won't send verification code to my phone so I can register.
App removed a match inwas communicating with and customer service never got back to me. Deleted my old account to create a new one and cant get past validating
I cannot use this app offline. I can only use it at home. Is there a fix for this
The app is asking me to go elite to see my matches I’m already an elite and even when I try to go elite again it won’t allow me to
App logged me out. It asks me to log in using phone number and it just keeps skipping back to add phone number. I am a paid member. If I can't log in then I would prefer a refund. I have only been able to use the app about 4 days.
I have uninstalled the app and downloaded it again. However, when I put my number in it looks like it is going then goes back to where I put the number in. So I can even see the terms and privacy policy I get a 403 forbidden error.
It continually requires me to sign in by mobile phone. And now I can't send or reply to messages???

The app is asking me to log in using my mobile number. I put in the mobile number and it's been asking me for a code. When I tap on I did not get a code, it sends me back to trying to put in my mobile number again. Also I have requested that I only speak to people that are up to 30 miles away and I keep getting messages from men who are overseas or up in Canada
When I want to purchase elite member ship its picking up a wrong email id. I do not know how did the App pick a wrong email id(College email ID). How can I change the email to gmail account
I’ve messaged Upward about this issue via the app…Twice with no response. However… I’m an Elite member but it’s still saying I’m subscribed to be an Elite member but when I push to see my likes it throws an error. Every time.

I am a black woman could you make sure my app that I did hit only black men to contact me something is not right they were there before or can you help me to go back in so I can swipe make sure to black men on a contact me I said that on my profile. Mom is true or older woman and I say what I would like to contact me I am a matured older woman and I say what I would like to contact me I can't even go back in there to change make sure did you say it's African-American or swipe just all of the black men hello can you help me and you didn't have a phone number so I try to hit a contact you some kind of way
