Buggy annoying app

One of the worst apps Iβve ever used. Always buggy and slow to open. Sometimes just wonβt work for a few hours with no explanation. People buy cameras as a critical service. There is an expectation of quality. Now the help desk email is even shut down.
Worst security app ever

You will never catch a thief or get any help with this product because Qubo would not open at the most crucial moment you need it.

Unable to toggle my smart plugs half the time, making the devices pretty much useless. Would not recommend!
App crashing after update!

Your app started crashing with the last release. Iβm using an iPhone 14 pro with iOS 16.0.2 and Qubo is not opening at all. Please fix the issue at the earliest as I cannot view my cameras.

Wifi selection option not available

All the tutorials on youtube show that during setup, they were able to select available Wifi to connect with. But here, I am unable to select any Wifi, making my device completely useless.
App took out a camera on the app

Qubo stooped showing a camera all of a sudden on my iPhone 13, had to reinstall Qubo to get the camera back.
Takes too long to load sometimes. This is a great combination of software and harware, needs to work without fail for my usecase of havong old parents not able to get to the door
Camera good, but cloud recording and app requires a lot of improvement

I have diamond plan subscription. I like your camera hardware but your cloud system and Qubo are the worst.
1) Initial video live view takes so much time to load.
2) Playback from cloud recording takes forever to load.
3) No fast forwarding for video playback.
4) Time seek will take forever to load the video.
5) No way to search for person detection from the recordings.
Conclusion: Your cloud recording feature is unusable at all.
