i had bought Qubo 2 channel 4K camera a year back and i am since than i am facing issues with it it has a heating issue which kept it off Frequently while driving in Summers also i have a Worst customer service with Qubo , no one respond and app doesn't provide exact solution
Call bell ringing false and on push not ringing
recently I have bought a 3 channel dashcam from amazon. I have paid for the installation service separately. it has been 4 days now and no email or call came for installation. i only got invoice to show i have made payment. How irresponsible is this from Qubos' part. please give me the service for which i have paid and was promised service within 48 hours. Or refund my installation amount and I will return the item through amazon. pathetic customer service.
I purchased smart air purifier Q1000 about a year back. model no. is HPH02. bar code showing detail as in2002iiik00491. I am finding the PM 2.5 mm air quality is showing as 600 continuously while running on high speed and not coming down. I have two air purifier installed at my house and another purifier is showing normal reading around 100. I tried to clean the sensor but position did not changed and remained same. What to do to solve the problem
Buggy annoying app

One of the worst apps I’ve ever used. Always buggy and slow to open. Sometimes just won’t work for a few hours with no explanation. People buy cameras as a critical service. There is an expectation of quality. Now the help desk email is even shut down.
