One star because I’ve had enough. Have been working with this agency for a while and noticed some of my work history had been deleted by someone or there’s a serious glitch with their system. Along with that the automated professional summary isn’t accurate. The job listings disappeared on me, with common filters that I know the agency had jobs for, come to find out I had to reset all of the filters to see listings again for some reason. I used to rave about this agency but it seems they’re just working against me now, along with worsening rates and zero room for negotiations. There’s hundreds of other agencies; dozens where I can flourish in, even with nationwide pay decrease. I’m taking my experience elsewhere.

TrustedHealth is not user friendly. It does not know all of the facilities yet it makes you pick one from the drop down menu and if it’s not there you have contact them which could take hours if not days. It only shows matches that DO NOT match my credentials. It does not allow you to pick from what employer you can use a reference. TrustedHealth all together is horrible and I would rate it zero(0) stars.. Creators please do better.. you can not type in your current license and find jobs according to your qualifications. TrustedHealth is a waste Do Not Download

Supposedly just switched to this inboxing in TrustedHealth to communicate with them, my employer, but TrustedHealth isn’t working, I have a brand new iPhone and my app updated and cannot get it to work. So basically have no way to contact them because they already told me “goodbye” in the text messages. So now I’m working for a company I can’t even get ahold of. I’ve emailed and messaged through TrustedHealth and nothing. So frustrating.

Wish we had more website functionality integrated into TrustedHealth . Tried to look for the link to send to my supervisors so they could write reviews but if you are on assignment, you are locked into timekeeping and inbox… and can’t use TrustedHealth for anything else. Would also be helpful to upload renewed credentials through TrustedHealth .

We should be able to do so much more on a work app. Especially since we are constantly on the go. Example: upload a pic of our covid cards or anything else and have it all in one place. Not links to send us to other pages and what not. Makes things frustrating through emails and time consuming.

While I can easily access my timecard and upload appropriate documents relating to my card it does not allow me to search for new matches, add a profile photo, or manage my profile (add new certifications etc). I give it 4 ½ starts for the timecard element and two stars for everything else making my total a 3 ¼….

The pros: submit time cards electronically. Finally. Can’t believe it took this long for someone to figure that out. I also like having (almost) all of my messages in one place.

Cons: I’ve gotten messages via email that I have to reply to via the website, not TrustedHealth , and the sign-in information is different. Very inconvenient. I also can’t browse contracts in TrustedHealth . That’s such an obviously helpful feature I can’t imagine why they decided to leave it out.

Overall, it’s a time card submission app and little else. Which is fine.

Make it so I can turn off non-assignment related notifications. I don’t want them!! Example: Give aways or other recruiting efforts etc.

I make an effort to limit all unnecessary notifications on my phone, but if I limit your app, I won’t get notifications from my inbox, which are usually important and related to my assignment. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Still annoying enough to make me consider it.

Otherwise TrustedHealth usually functions as intended and is easy to navigate.

I like TrustedHealth because it is more user friendly than most of the ones used by travel agencies. I gave it 4 stars because you have to search a bit to for some frequently used functions.

Difficult to organize matches when looking at available contracts. At times a listing is pn TrustedHealth but come to find out position is actually not available

It would be great to be able to search for new jobs in TrustedHealth rather than going to the website each time. Also, the new website update does not allow me to see all openings in my specialty, only popular cities or places I specifically choose.

It would be even better if we could enter our time with the keyboard instead of a scroll wheel. Just think about it

Trusted app makes looking for assignments easier and simpler. Once your profile is complete then you can easily browse and apply. Also if you don’t have time to look personally then set up auto apply and they’ll do it for you. For us introverts not having to talk to someone makes life so much easier and things still get done

TrustedHealth works great to submit my time. I love that I can look back at previous weeks. It is nice to do this electronically, v. some companies I have had to physically fax them a time sheet. Thanks Trusted Health for always being technologically savvy!

I've been traveling for a long time and just starting the process with Trusted. However, Trusted's app is the easiest, most user friendly process in the industry. Their pay seems competitive and already I've seen more available assignments than my current company, with better rates. I am an extremely loyal human being by nature and the fact that I'm shopping around for a new company should speak volumes, but Trusted had my respect and attention with their ease of access. Thank you for putting the time on the back end to make us travel nurses have a one stop shop for all our travel needs! I'm trusting Trused from here on out.

Have been using TrustedHealth for the last year really user-friendly no complaints!

I’m listed with four different companies and TrustedHealth is by far the easiest to use. I can pretty much do everything from TrustedHealth , it’s very convenient.

Thank you for bringing travel nursing into the 21st-century! I love everything in TrustedHealth. I also like working for this company. TrustedHealth gives me access to the answers to a lot of my questions as well as easy access to the TrustEd staff.

Travel nursing DIY. Some occasional feedback, I would not recommend to new travelers. Old travelers who realize a traditional recruiter is fairly useless, and often not helpful yet can get 40% of your work earnings as fees……. will enjoy self submissions- that’s is? If there are any nurses left out there!!!!! I prefer trusted and have done travel 24 years through a dozen agencies.

Trusted Health is a great agency to work with. I love the weekly matches and the ability to setup as many notifications I want in addition to the ease of making modifications to my profile. As a with a busy life it can be challenging keeping platforms like this up to date. However, with the mobile app and email system I am able to keep all of my documents up to date along with my skills checklist. Love the Relias checklist it is user friendly.

The way they post openings frequently to my email allows me to keep up with the latest travel market.
