Dooney Bourke Reviews

After my phone updated, I went on DooneyBourke and DooneyBourke itself says there is an “update available” and that “DooneyBourke no longer supports this version.” I go to update DooneyBourke but it’s already updated to the latest version. Have uninstalled since I can no longer use it.

Totally frustrating experience. App logs you out every five minutes, even if you’ve been using DooneyBourke the whole time. Home page carousel slides around automatically, won’t even let you read the text. Don’t zoom in on a bag: you’ll have to crash DooneyBourke to escape. Bag sizes are photoshopped on to a mannequin, appearing waaaay larger than they are in real life. Checkout doesn’t tell you when your bag will arrive, or who the carrier is, just some vague choices like “premium” shipping for more money (What does that even mean? Two day shipping? Five day shipping? Who knows?) No tracking number. What a shame.

By far the worst app I have ever used. I am an avid buyer when it comes to Dooney and Bourke. For weeks already DooneyBourke has been nothing but problems and issues. I have deleted itNumerous times reinstalled it and it still freezes crashes. Having to add everything back to my cart just to have it crash or freeze again. I have all the required updates apple keeps putting out. IT needs to figure out the issues so that I can continue to shop with out having such issues.

DooneyBourke is unusable! It keeps jumping back to the home page all by itself! So frustrating! Their website is not much better, but at least it stays on the page you’re on. When you’re finished looking at something it doesn’t return you to where you were in the filtered list, but at the beginning of the list - but it at least let’s you stay on a page!

I recently signed up for DooneyBourke and I get no updated status of my orders. I always seem to have to call!
Very frustrating when you don’t know when an item is coming. FYI..- preorder means back order on DooneyBourke .
I didn’t know that until today, again I called to find out the status of my order. I have been a Dooney shopper for several years and have well over 20 bags. This new app experience for Dooney & Burke’s has not been pleasant at ALL.

While I would love to purchase my gift at Dooney & Bourke bag ever, you can’t get thru viewing options because DooneyBourke CONSTANTLY refreshes the page you’re on. I wouldn’t even feel comfortable making a purchase on DooneyBourke for fear it would refresh & double charge me!

With that being said I just may take a pass for now.
I’m sure this would be an awesome app if it actually worked.

DooneyBourke does not provide you with an order update. There is no way to track your packages once it has been shipped. It also does not send you notifications about your order. I usually have to call in for status or go to the website for an update. I’ve already spoken to CS member regarding this issue. Please fix.

DooneyBourke is HORRIBLE. It crashes every minute. Also, the search function is bad: when I sort or filter results, then click on an item to view details, the results become un-filtered/un-sorted, so I have to re-filter and re-sort the results all over again. I love Dooney’s products, but DooneyBourke puts a big stain on Dooney’s reputation.

I am a lover of DB handbags, their quality and styles offered. I still am, however, I was not pleased with this particular order. It took me 3 separate orders and 3 customer service representatives to finally let me know the bag I wanted was on back order. Hopefully the “replacement” bag I ultimately ended up ordering is available and my purchase is fulfilled. I would strongly suggest maintaining a fully functional and current website and provide more knowledgeable information verbally and also by email.

Everytime I go into DooneyBourke , no matter what purse I am reviewing, it jumps back to the home page. I have an iPhone 11, IOS 16.1.2. It’s very frustrating so I close out of DooneyBourke , I don’t want to even look anymore. Hope you can get it fixed. Thanks.

The latest update has taken away the ability to back out of your page to the last page. Instead it autofills what it thinks you want to look at. For instance, if you pull up a collection say the Heritage Collection and look at a crossbody purse you can’t go back to look at the other purses in that collection it then takes you to purse>crossbody purses instead of collection>Heritage.
Maybe I don’t want to look at ALL crossbody purses and just want to see all of the Heritage Collection purses. I don’t like it because now I have to go back to collections>heritage and then look at each purse individually and do this on every one. It’s a waste of time.

Maybe it’s me, but when I’m shopping and select an item to look at the details, there is no back button. I have to click home and start the search over again and scroll through all the stuff I’ve already looked at to get back where I was. Very frustrating. Had to stop. Hopefully I’m just missing where it is. Otherwise I can’t use DooneyBourke.

It keeps taking me to the home page. I was in the middle of typing out a review and it closed. In the middle of registering a bag it closed. Its been doing this for awhile. No matter what you are doing it closes out and takes you back to the home page.

I’ve been a customer since the 90s and have never been disappointed.

I have MANY DB items and have absolutely loved everyone!! My friends always want me to sell my “used” bags, but I can’t part with them and love them and love to switch them out they never go out of style!!

Company is very quick delivery their products! The quality isc3xcellent and I’ve bought you wife quite a few of their bags!

I’m right on time for Fall colors!! I got the bags and wallets I wanted but not necessarily the colors!!
Y’all need to set in place your system of colors for your items!!
I had the hardest time trying to match bag colors to the wallet colors and then some colors don’t even exist to match!!
I love Dooney & Bourke but please fix this issue!!

Now it just gets stuck spinning on the opening page and that’s it. App support just tries to open DooneyBourke and guess what - it’s stuck. Please fix and I will update rating.
