I had a promo code for OneCart which is why I even downloaded and used it. When they delivered the stuff they got rid of my promo code and charge me for the full amount.
If you run into an issue with over-charges or lack of delivery, their contact Centre will not answer the phone or get back to you. You will have no recourse, and will not be able to get your money back.

App crashes when trying to add items to cart. Haven’t been able to make any purchases
OneCart clashes all the time, products in stock on fisical store, out of stock on OneCart . App developers seems not to care about OneCart .
This is for calling me twice after I told you to never call me again with your spam.
I was charged a delivery fee even though I cancelled an order because some stock was not available. They got their little cut but I will never order from them again. Don’t phone on the morning of delivery to tell me about a stock out and then still charge.
I was supposed to have an order delivered to me today. The order never showed up, called customer service 5 times and couldn’t get through to anyone. Reached out on twitter and got no response. Awful company with awful service.
Latest order is the final straw, they take your order, for a delivery timeslot, and then past the time(despite messages throughout saying it was being shopped), they bump it to the next day delivery. The whole purpose of OneCart is same day delivery. Done this to me a few times now.
I placed my order on the 6th of June for 1100 rands until now the 12th of June order is still not delivered and there is no refund,on OneCart status it says order delivered ,but there was no delivery done,that was lunch box snacks for my kids ,my kids are going to school without their snacks .l spoke to Sabelo one of their customer service representative and he/she promised to refund my money the following day but that was not done .
When l contact them there is no answer ,l am so so so disappointed with this online app

If they don’t deliver your order they keep your money. Criminally dishonest.
Imagine using a shopping on demand service because you are busy and them canceling your order because you don’t answer the phone. Perhaps you’re in a meeting or on a business call (which is why you need the service in the first place) and they cancel but DONT refund your order. This is the most ridiculous frustrating experience ever. Why can’t they just deliver your darn order without needing hand holding?
The shopping regions have changed so now I don’t get FitChef because I fall in a Clicks region instead of a Dischem region, there are still spelling mistakes in the product descriptions and the cart product counter is still inaccurate after a couple of upgrades after launching the new app.
And STILL no eBucks earn or spend.
The functionality was better on the old app.
Its back to Woolworths online shopping for me because delivery is cheaper and this app doesn’t offer me anything extra anymore :(
The service is fast but is more expensive than to buy directly to the store that is fine because they can bring you the same day of your order. What I don’t like and that is why I’m not using more is, when you have a credit (normally you have it because not all the products’r in stock and they charge you before to get it) they don’t return you directly to your credit card (in the same payment), If you want to money back you have to put your bank account (South Africa). In the beginning wasn’t like that, the money goes to previews payment, I feel like i always I need to use this app to get my money back but the true is, I’ll never will get my money back if I decided to don’t use anymore. I’m tourists and I use my credit card from my country.
I really appreciate OneCart and the ability to shop from different stores. However, using OneCart can be frustrating when searching for a product I know the store has it doesn’t list it. Also it shuts down or cuts out in the middle of my shop. Very frustrating when I’m trying to get it done quickly! Please fix these bugs!
Glad to have OneCart during the lockdown-shoppers stick to the budget and communicate well for someone doing someone else’s shopping. Please could you fix the bug for select substitute- keeps bombing out.
I’m all about convenience and this an amazing platform that has made shopping a pleasure! It truly is an incredible service and I would recommend this to everyone 🙌🏻
