I have a problem with ROADS

User reports:
No current problems

- If you make any minor mistake on a drive it keeps trying to take you back to that waypoint

- Can't go backwards on the route or join mid-way

- Dark map is hard to see roads in general

- App CONSTANTLY loses or misinterprets your location and/or direction

- Pops up saying "You left the route" (um, no I did not) and only offers "Pause" or "Obstacle", neither of which are relevant not helpful

- Navigation just stopped

- Took me back to the beginning and then stopped again

To resolve ROADS network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the ROADS App
1. On android, goto Settings » ROADS » click [Force Stop]

Clear ROADS App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » ROADS » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart ROADS.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click ROADS » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto ROADS » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ROADS
