How to fix Seety app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Seety app on iPhone
Update Seety app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Seety iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Seety on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Seety network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Seety app issues:

Force Stop the Seety App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Seety app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Seety to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Seety App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Seety app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Seety.

Fix Seety unable to contact server/ Seety internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Seety » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Seety » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Seety on android.
