Terribly Surprised

I went to Genghis grill last night for dinner with my wife, and found that the store had changed.
I wasn’t even greeted at the door. The person at the front was talking with staff over at the cooking grill.
I was surprised to find out that I was given a bowl, and then my food was returned prepared and served in a cardboard bowl.
When I made my order, I realize that you no longer have brown rice, and I was given an option of white rice or fried rice, of which neither one was mix with the ingredients, but put on the side of the bowl.
And then to my surprised my cost for a small bowl with a drink for two was $35.
Most likely I won’t return. And I deleted my app.

The app was working fine until I updated it 20 minutes ago. It now says there’s no Genghis Grill near my location. Is won’t let me select a store either. Guess I’ll be having lunch elsewhere.
Service good. But No Chicken of Any Kind

Waiters & Cook good. Left 25% tip to all but NO CHICKEN. WILL NOT BE BACK FOR LONG TIME. Place would be shut down for cleanliness/hygiene issues in Georgia, California, NY, & Florida. Hoping I don’t get sick. Had to go shrimp and try different stuff. Ugh where’s the chicken!?
