I went to Genghis grill last night for dinner with my wife, and found that the store had changed.

I wasn’t even greeted at the door. The person at the front was talking with staff over at the cooking grill.

I was surprised to find out that I was given a bowl, and then my food was returned prepared and served in a cardboard bowl.

When I made my order, I realize that you no longer have brown rice, and I was given an option of white rice or fried rice, of which neither one was mix with the ingredients, but put on the side of the bowl.

And then to my surprised my cost for a small bowl with a drink for two was $35.

Most likely I won’t return. And I deleted my app.

GenghisGrill was working fine until I updated it 20 minutes ago. It now says there’s no Genghis Grill near my location. Is won’t let me select a store either. Guess I’ll be having lunch elsewhere.

I had an account with points I’ve collected a a nd note they are not there. You can only access GenghisGrill when you’re on their WiFi.

Waiters & Cook good. Left 25% tip to all but NO CHICKEN. WILL NOT BE BACK FOR LONG TIME. Place would be shut down for cleanliness/hygiene issues in Georgia, California, NY, & Florida. Hoping I don’t get sick. Had to go shrimp and try different stuff. Ugh where’s the chicken!?

Why is there no potatoes or cilantro in the list? And an option for double noodles/rice needs to be added when ordering a large bowl. I like to share a large and we need this added!!

Big changes from emphasis on make your own bowl! I appreciate efforts to offer lower cost entree options, but Bangkok was disappointing . Too few wimpy carrot shreds, tough sugar snaps without tough ends removed!! Too few veggies and mediocre seasoning

Had dinner tonight with two of my girlfriends I hadn’t seen for a while. Two of us have eaten here one other time, but one friend had never been. We all loved our meal and thought the service was top notch. The only thing we missed was having some sort of flat bread. We were all three fans of Flat Top, but said how we look forward to going back here again in the near future.

Brandy is an excellent waitress! I’ve her twice now so sweet! The food was delicious as well

I love trying to fit as much as I can in a medium bowl and then noshing on it over a couple of days. My challenge is it’s SO GOOD i sometimes can’t stop! I get at least two meals of high quality meats, fruits & veggies and that fits with a strict diet I’m doing as part of a New Year’s resolution. This place is a hidden gem for anyone working out or who just wants to eat delicious healthy food at a very fair price.

I just love this place. The manager Juan is so friendly, accommodating, and makes you feel like you’re the only Customer. It is so comforting and wonderful, going to a place where the food is fun to make and tasty. I would like to give a shout out to Noris also,who did a great job preparing my food on the grill the way I like it if you go expect to have fun and say a big hello to Juan and Noris for me.

our food was amazing and the experience was unique! we had the option of creating our own bowls and our server was great!

Ken was excellent and Michelle is always personable. Now that Asian chili sauce is back I get exactly what I want.

Every month when I come down to Phoenix, I always stop by and pick up a large bowl and enjoy half there and look forward to enjoying the rest later on in the evening!

This is our second visit to GG!

ABEL was our server…from the jump, this young man was an asset, and a tremendous example of a “Good Server!!”

He was professional, courteous, friendly…handled every aspect of our meal without any problems, and took care of all our needs!

The food was equally delicious, hot, and flavourful!! Neither of our dishes were in need of anything!

We will be returning here for more opportunities such as this evening!!

Go and get the bowl of your choosing! Small medium or large and warm point while enjoying good food. My waiter was really nice hope she sticks around.

Today’s visit has been so pleasant I love the new menu that they have come up with and the employees are very informative about the menu love it here.

They even correct it without haste
