My app will not open. My teenager is away on vacation with another friend and she has run out of money. However I cannot send her any money because the app will not open and it There doesn’t seem to be a way to send money through the Step website.

Deleted the app on accident downloaded it again tried to login with email but says I need institutions permission or access to login. Not sure what that means but now I have a step card for no reason

I got an update today which made me connect the app to my Google Account to count steps, and now it no longer allows me to see them nor claim them!

It opens the app for about 15 seconds then it crashes and exits. I have forced stopped, restarted my phone multiple times, uninstalled and reinstalled and it is still not working.

The app isn't letting me move tap or swipe. I know this isn't a problem with my phone bc I'm able to use my phone In other apps just fine, but in step specifically none of my taps or swipes register (just in case Its helpfull I have a samsung A5)
