I am unable to access Securipass on the App. It refuses to accept my login details. My husband has also tried on his phone..This is serious as we are trying to access a large sum of money that the bank have been holding for 3 months now. We have a proposed property purchase that is dependant on these funds. The French bank are not offering any help at all, at the very least they should have reported the fault. Please advise
