What used to be a good App has been destroyed. Any reservation I try to make on RadissonHotelsAmericas results in RadissonHotelsAmericas telling me I need to go to the Americas web site. Why??? What good is RadissonHotelsAmericas ??? Then to make things worse, the Americas web site ends up with a screen saying "There was an unexpected issue" and telling me to call their on-line reservation agent. This has been a problem all year. Earlier this year Radisson sent me emails saying that I had two free nights because of my use of their affinity credit card. The emails had very little lead time and the inability to make reservations using RadissonHotelsAmericas or the web site telling me there was an unexpected issue resulted in me losing those free nights. Not even customer service could help me that time. Radisson - do you really want my business??? I currently have reservations for 10 night/rooms (at least I think I have) and because of these issues I may switch to using up my points, closing my account, cancelling my Radisson credit card and staying elsewhere in the future. And, please don't blame this on Covid-19 - my friends tell me that other hotels aren't having these kind of problems. Perhaps Radisson needs some Management oversight (or changes).

We have been loving every stay with Radisson. The last year has had its ups and down and Radisson has made us feel at home!! The rooms are clean and the employees make the stay feel home like! Thanks for everything !!

I have a hanging notification bubble that I cannot get rid of unless I turn off the notifications for RadissonHotelsAmericas . I don’t mind turning off notification from apps, except those travel related ones (I don’t need surprises about room cancelations or flight changes).
But the issue is that I cannot identify what the notification is about or where it is in RadissonHotelsAmericas . Can’t find the previous message center.

One of the easiest app to use when looking for a place to stay.. you can navigate from city to city and make the right decision where to stay without having to RadissonHotelsAmericas . I love it.

It would be a huge improvement if when booking a stay, it showed up in RadissonHotelsAmericas as a future stay. You can certainly put your confirmation number in and find your booking but that’s a hassle every time. Without your stays showing up RadissonHotelsAmericas isn’t of much use.

RadissonHotelsAmericas works great. Be careful not to try to use it on a weekend. Just because you cancel at the hotel your staying at doesn’t mean you won’t be charged. Keep an eye on your statements.

I wrote an earlier review that RadissonHotelsAmericas would hang on the logo screen. Got a message today that it had been fixed, checked and it was. Thanks.

Love this hotel. I continually stay here because the hotel is really, affordable and the staff is great. My girlfriend and I stay here weekly and love it.

RadissonHotelsAmericas is MUCH less of an eyesore than the old version of RadissonHotelsAmericas .

Two major frustrations: my reservations don’t appear in RadissonHotelsAmericas despite being logged in. The membership card for Apple Pay looks horrifying (at least for Gold)

I’m glad they’re trying to improve it. It’s just not quite there yet.

I don’t know how the corporations could even approve such a junk app from this developer & retire the older version of app . This clearly indicates that none of the corporate officers even bother to chk & they only care about drawing big fat salaries & developers like RadissonHotelsAmericas are allowed by apple to take pride over a flawed failed to work product . Seems Apple only cares for their own revenues .

Okay so I booked realized I booked the wrong date went to manage reservations and get oops something went wrong try again later yeah it’s been doing this since I booked for the first time with RadissonHotelsAmericas in November now I have to call to cancel the reservation I don’t need what a hassle

App is easy to use and make changes to. Had issues logging a couple times other than tht things went very good.

What on earth is a hotel company thinking that’s trying to establish their central distribution advantage by splitting their booking system into two separate apps based on location?? I have to have two apps now? No other brand does this and it’s completely unnecessary. Deleting my app and not even downloading the other one. Useless.

Everything good but just one issue. Can’t save the credit card info which I have to input my information every time.

Very easy to use and fast!

I dislike that you cannot access receipts from your stays. I have to submit receipts for expense reports and have to call the visiting hotel after every stay to get them emailed to me.

Some of us use our iPads in landscape mode, connected to a keyboard. PLEASE add landscape view option to RadissonHotelsAmericas !!!
(Other than that, RadissonHotelsAmericas is intuitive and functionally good.

Latest update I can no longer login. Email and password are correct. I called customer service and they, thankfully, confirmed my current reservations but had no answers why RadissonHotelsAmericas was not working. Please fix!!!

It’s really a nice place and my dog loves it. I get to decompress when we are there. Great staff as well.

Now can you please notify users of the Radisson Rewards app to migrate to this? And slowly sunset that 10-year old app?? I stumbled upon this new app by accident!

Pretty ridiculous that RadissonHotelsAmericas functions only in portrait mode. I’m trying to use it with my built-in keyboard (note to developers—people use things like this) but I have to disconnect and turn the device to portrait mode so I can book a hotel room. Lame.

New app and it errors, plus my bookings don’t show up! The old app screwed me by double bookings and then they wouldn’t return the extra points. RadissonHotelsAmericas is obviously no better. Done with Radisson!!

My future bookings didn’t transfer from older app.
