What used to be a good App has been destroyed. Any reservation I try to make on the App results in the App telling me I need to go to the Americas web site. Why??? What good is the App??? Then to make things worse, the Americas web site ends up with a screen saying "There was an unexpected issue" and telling me to call their on-line reservation agent. This has been a problem all year. Earlier this year Radisson sent me emails saying that I had two free nights because of my use of their affinity credit card. The emails had very little lead time and the inability to make reservations using the App or the web site telling me there was an unexpected issue resulted in me losing those free nights. Not even customer service could help me that time. Radisson - do you really want my business??? I currently have reservations for 10 night/rooms (at least I think I have) and because of these issues I may switch to using up my points, closing my account, cancelling my Radisson credit card and staying elsewhere in the future. And, please don't blame this on Covid-19 - my friends tell me that other hotels aren't having these kind of problems. Perhaps Radisson needs some Management oversight (or changes).

I donโt know how the corporations could even approve such a junk app from this developer & retire the older version of app . This clearly indicates that none of the corporate officers even bother to chk & they only care about drawing big fat salaries & developers like This APP are allowed by apple to take pride over a flawed failed to work product . Seems Apple only cares for their own revenues .

What on earth is a hotel company thinking thatโs trying to establish their central distribution advantage by splitting their booking system into two separate apps based on location?? I have to have two apps now? No other brand does this and itโs completely unnecessary. Deleting my app and not even downloading the other one. Useless.
