Nach Wechsel von alter APP auf diese Neue, kein Login mehr möglich und bei der Hotelauswahl kommt auch eine Fehlermeldung!!!
Die alte APP war ja schon nicht die Beste/Modernste, aber das man dann sowas als Nachfolger bringt ist eigentlich beschämend für Radisson...

The app doesn’t show future or past trips while the old Radisson Reward app at least shows all future trips allowing to cancel a booking.
I emailed the team on Jan 5th but no reply and no big fix so I adjusted my rating down to 2 stars

Why does it say Radisson Americas since its latest update? I cannot see my reservations anymore.

How can it be that I can see my past stays but with zero points.... I sleep very often in your hotels, but this is really annoying and need a lot of time to go again and again in contact with you. Please fix this problem fast or I change the hotel.... it’s really not Radisson like.

Why put this app in the App Store that doesn’t work, not even for simple functionality? A hotel app that fails on room search. And worse that the old (working) app was disabled. I can no more book, so I won’t stay again.

I am wondering who is testing the version but critical use cases must simply work. Please ensure that the „old“ app stays live as falllback.
Compared to Hilton and others there is infinite room for improvement.

Unfortunately I can‘t receive any Gold-Member-Advantage this way.

Das neue Look&Feel ist für mich okay. Was überhaupt nicht geht ist, dass mehr als die Hälfte meiner Buchungen überhaupt nicht angezeigt werden. In der bisherigen App sind sie sichtbar, diese soll allerdings am 01.04. abgeschaltet werden. Und dann?
