Doesn’t show prices of prints until you’re at the cart. Which you cannot edit your choices from. Doesn’t have easily accessible customer service. Not that it matters since their customer service is of no help.
I did receive prints. In three separate packages for no apparent reason seeing as one only had two pictures in it.....and they were all ordered at one time. There is no option to track the order or get a tracking is to attempt tracking prints on UPS or FEDEX or even USPS websites. You can’t review an order you’ve placed at all.
The frosting on the cake was waiting for the canvases I ordered for WEEKS and then opening a box to find upside down canvases with the cheapest hanging fixtures industrial gorilla glued to the back so they can’t even be fixed. Got in contact with customer service (had to google them so that I could contact them) only to be told I uploaded them that way.... which is so strange since none of the rest of them were upside down and they all looked the same orientation when I uploaded to PhotoPrints .
You live and learn I guess. Deleting PhotoPrints upon completing this review.
Honestly, just use Shutterfly or FreePrints, heck go to a Walgreens or Walmart when those are good to go again

I’ve used PhotoPrints pre-pandemic and now during pandemic. Pre-pandemic it was pretty good. I used it while out-of-town and was pleased with the outcome. I tried to use it over the last 2 weeks and have been completely disappointed. Realizing that supplies can be delayed/limited there is no communication from wal mart about what is happening. I found out from an associate in-store that the reason my store location wouldn’t come up on my app was due to a pink ink delay from the warehouse. Then I accidentally placed an order to a store location an hour and a half away from me. I couldn’t find anywhere on PhotoPrints to cancel the order. Emailed support that said due to high volume of emails to contact photo lab associate. I called the hour and a half away store and spent 1/2 hour on hold to find there was no one in photo lab and no one could help me. The associates were all very nice and wanted to help, but had no knowledge or information. Some communication and an updated app would be so helpful.

Every time I’ve used PhotoPrints it freezes. Several times I’ve had to redo my order 2 sometimes 3 times before I can place the order. It freezes every time I try to add more than one print or will completely shut down. I do like that when the order is placed Walmart gets the pictures and they are ready usually within an hour or so. This morning I needed pictures quick so I tried using this again. It took 4 times ordering and going through all of my pictures.....PhotoPrints kept shutting off. I ordered one last time and it went right through but really didn’t let me read anything. It just placed the order. I ran to Walmart to pick them up and they were not there. PhotoPrints sent my photos to another Walmart 15 miles away! When I was talking to the clerk he said he’s had a few customers that that has happened too. I’m deleting and going to try and find a more reliable way to get my photos.

App says you can pick the store you want to use. Lie! I have 3 Walmart’s that all do photos within 40 miles of my house, however, they only show me one Walmart near me and the rest are 50+ miles away. I emailed them and was told that Walmart stores can remove themselves from PhotoPrints when they’re out of ink or having printer issues. I can tell you right now the Walmart I was wanting had no such issues. I ended up using the Walmart app (which is an extra hassle that I was hoping to avoid) and low and behold my order went through and I picked my sons photos up the next morning (ordered them at like midnight). I emailed them back telling them this and haven’t heard a word from them since! If they aren’t going to be honest about their issues or get back to me I’m not going to use their product. App has since been deleted. Waste of my time and my phones space!

I ordered 3 sets of photos. Spent about $30. They sent me a confirmation email with an order number that I could use to track my order. They told me it may take 6-10 business days to receive my photos. On the 6th day I sent out an email because I could not figure out how to track my order. I used a guest account so I couldn’t track it through my Walmart account. No answer. I emailed again on the 7th day. No reply. I emailed on the 8th day. Nothing. It has now been 9 days, i have not received any help or my photos. If I spent $30 to get no pictures and no help to find out how to get them, I will be extremely unhappy. I’m giving 1 star because Customer service is not good whatsoever. I just want my pictures or my money back but no one will even answer me in order for me to get a refund, either. Will not print photos this way, again.

This is my first time using PhotoPrints, but I love how easy it is to use. You can go through all your pictures in your device and pick all the ones you want printed and they just add them all up for you. I had 330 pictures I wanted delivered and they prepared them all for me! So nice to be able to get pictures without leaving your house! I totally recommend this to anyone. So far so good!

The closest Walmart PhotoPrints would print my photos to is 10 miles away. I know there are two Walmarts within 2 miles of my house. Not so convenient after all...

Edit: my bad. The problem might be on Walmart’s end. I haven’t printed photos there in a while and I guess they don’t have photo centers at all locations anymore. I haven’t gone in-person to verify (COVID risk), but I couldn’t do it on the Walmart website either. I’ll give PhotoPrints developer the benefit of the doubt and change my review to three stars.

I needed a picture to place by an item for a charity event. I downloaded PhotoPrints in less than 30 seconds, with access to my photo library I selected the picture and it was ordered all in less than one minute. You cannot beat that. I will use this as often as I need photos. They will even send me an email when my photo is ready. Really excellent customer service.

I have used PhotoPrints with success twice before but the third time, I received only 4 out of 10 pictures that I ordered AND two pictures of a different family… now I am worried that someone else has the other 6 pictures of my children. I reached out to customer support for help and a refund, while they acknowledged my email they have not offered a remedy. I also asked that they call me…. They have not. There is no phone number anywhere for customer support (or any department) just an email. Next time I’ll just print at Walmart myself and avoid the risk of my pictures being sent to someone else.

My first time using PhotoPrints. You have to go through choosing all your pictures and sizes before finding out how much it will cost.I first chose to have them delivered to me and the prices were very inexpensive. Then I changed my mind and wanted the pictures sooner, so I chose to pick them up at Walmart. After doing that it gave me completely different sizes to choose from and somehow all my options changed and the price was double. Had to start all over again.😫

I ordered a handful of pictures that still hasn't arrived. Even if it went through USPS, it shouldn’t take weeks. They are so quick to charge your bank account and tell you they are working on it. For you never to hear back, not be able to track, and have no way to contact anyone to find out about your pictures. Do not do delivery. I dont even want to try ordering to a store, a store that is multiple cities away because they only do Super Walmart printing, because now half the stuff is shut down due to COVID. Don’t use PhotoPrints. Waste of time and money. What a scam.

This is awesomely convenient - I just had my son 12 days ago and cause to the pandemic I haven’t had a baby shower or been able to see any of my family or friends since I was first pregnant, so it’s super easy to just upload pictures and have them done in a hour before I have to go to the store anyway.. however.. I do wish PhotoPrints gave the option to edit pictures with filters and different text fonts- it could have been PERFECT but no..

Easy to use .. however it would be nice to select options with a little more ease... I prefer matte photos over glossy... I had to change every single photo to matte....one at a time!!! Would have been nice just to have the choice with out having to do every single one... but other then that PhotoPrints was easy...

Nothing changed at the Walmart in my hometown, but suddenly PhotoPrints does not recognize it. My WM still has one hour photo, and they still print pictures, not sure why they suddenly don’t recognize it. PhotoPrints now only recognize stores that are 30 miles away in another town. 🙄

I have used PhotoPrints to print my photos out at Walmart too many times to count.
It is very easy to use and you can select as many or as little photos as you want to print. Even if you only want to print out 1 picture, you can do it on PhotoPrints. I have never had any problems with PhotoPrints or picking the pictures up from Walmart.

PhotoPrints was buggy and difficult to use. Once I was able to upload and order the photos, they came back blurry, terrible looking and completely unusable. When I contacted customer service, they took forever to respond and eventually just blamed my photos instead of trying to do anything to make it right. The photos were professional quality and came out beautifully when I reordered from another company. Will NEVER use this company again again.

Quick, easy, user friendly, accurate, quality prints! All from my phone!!! No more embarrassing photos showing on the kiosk in the store and having to try to hide it from other shoppers passing by. No more 2 hour trips to WalMart just to print some photos. PhotoPrints is seriously the BEST!

I downloaded this because it was supposed to be easier than the website. It was worse. You can not select the photo finish so assuming it’s all glossy which is not what I wanted. You can not choose to have it mailed to you and it only lets yo select a super store to pick up from not the nearest Walmart which is a huge inconvenience. On top of it it only displays you order number once and if you don’t think to take a screenshot it’s gone for good, there is no order history tab. And no email confirmation. I will not use again, if I could have given negative stars I would have

I love PhotoPrints. As a hobby photographer when I want to print I open PhotoPrints , select a picture and hit submit. Done! You pay in store and it’s fine with me because I’m not putting in a credit card number and doing all these verifying steps, and no pop ups!

This was the most convenient and easiest way to get my pictures printed and not even have to go in store except to pick them up!! It took less than 5 minutes to get all the pictures I wanted for less than $10 in all and they’re ready to fast!

I had taken my phone to Walmart to get prints from it. For some reason they wouldn't upload and the clerk suggested PhotoPrints to order photos from home.
I'm so glad he did and I love the convenience of it!

I’ve used this twice, at two different Walmart stores, with the same disappointing results. Both times, the clerk couldn’t find my order, took about ten minutes or so to finally figure out where it was. Both times, there were pictures inexplicably missing, one pic was only half developed (half white, undeveloped pic), some had awkward crops ( parts of heads dropped off), the color was off on most (pale, over exposed faces, weird colors, etc). Very disappointing and unprofessional operation. Going to look elsewhere fir my photo needs.

PhotoPrints is easy to use but needs options for printing matte vs glossy finish. Also, it will not let you edit more than one copy of the same print. For example, I wanted to zoom in and print that photo, but I also wanted to printed the original picture. PhotoPrints will not let you do that.

PhotoPrints is horrible. I sent a round of pictures, they were developed and they were fine. However I sent another round of pictures and they were never located. An email was never sent I was never notified with either orders were ready. I resent the order that was missing, got a confirmation order but not an email. My sister went to pick them up and they were not found.
These pictures were for my nephews funeral and we needed these pictures. PhotoPrints is horrible.

It continually will shut out in the middle of uploading and attempting to order photos . I tried it on my husbands phone as well (both fairly new iPhone X’s) otherwise I would consider it probably just being my phone . But love being able to order from my phone.

Absolutely love having this option! It’s so much easier than the in store process. No more broken or waiting on others to finish. Can take my time from the comfort of my home and it always works 👍🏻 Highly recommended. A+

Very easy to use and way easier to just go through your photos and pick what you want without having in my case drive to town then wait for them or go back and pick up following day.

I was fighting with trying to use Walmart photo online and decided to try an app. Wow after 30mins of struggling with website giving me problems...within 2mins I had PhotoPrints downloaded and photos ordered! Amazing!

I’m impressed with how fast was to get my task done. I had used similar services at Costco and it takes waaaaay longer to load your pictures... so far PhotoPrints it’s great...We will see the end result...

I used PhotoPrints almost a week ago to send prints to my local Walmart and I got no confirmation or any notification after I submitted the order. I checked my email several times and finally gave up. I just got a notification today (6 days later) that the prints were ready. PhotoPrints does not have a fast response and there’s no way to check to see if your prints even got sent to the store.

Just trying PhotoPrints makes it easy to print photos from phone & pickup at walmart. I hope this works out to be an easy process

I have so many pictures on my phone. PhotoPrints makes it so much easier to browse through them and select my favorites in the comfort of my home.

This is so much easier than trying to go into the store or even creating the order through the website.
