Yandex is playing very unethical games with clients to win over its main competitor in Israel - Gett. We wanted to go to the airport and checked both apps for a price quote. Yandex showed a price almost 40 NIS cheaper so we chose it. At the end, we were charged almost the sane amount as the original Gett quote and Yandex’s support us now saying that the price was just preliminary. Amazing how an originally decent company quickly turned to dirty tricks and gimmicks more typical for the Israeli market!

Ordered a business class car for my very first drive with this awful service. Rude and insolent driver arrived in a dirty smelly car, and chose the longest route. No excuses or compensation were provided. If you ever ask Yandex for support, they would always say they are purely informational service and bear responsibility for nothing.
Please beware of Yandex services by all means possible.

I am sick and tired of Yangotaxianddelivery. I saw the ad a million times in almost every application on my phone and now that I actually have it it's awful. Rides are only available in one region of the country🙄. There and over TEN regions. Made redirect some of this advertising Budget to improving the service

Half the time it’s great but half the time driver chooses to not pick you up and strands you. So you wait and wait and waste time. There’s no recourse to the driver for wasting your time and not picking you up.

Good luck adding an international credit card. Yangotaxianddelivery simply won’t accept any. And it’s not the credit card fault, all other vendors in Israel accept it without any issue. Stock up on cash!

Yango is really ripping riders off, prices start low then ends up 5x the price, drivers are very rude and also they cancel trips after asking for drop off location while I’m already seated in the car causing inconvenience.

The first ride was a dream. Since then, I can’t get a driver as cars are always unavailable and the 30% off for the first three rides hasn’t applied to my account as I get shown the regular fare.

Not the best ride share app to use in Abidjan. For the standard taxi, it’s just a regular taxi you get on the street and my ride was almost double the price of a street taxi

The driver was not good at all. He was driving dangerous switching between lanes and speading. Also the cars window was broken and was very dirty.

I was going to meet my mom at the airport. When the driver asked me to cancel the trip on the app and pay him in cash instead, I agreed, since there were no other cars available, and I was in a great hurry. As soon as we got to the motorway, the driver said he wanted me to pay him extra 50% on top of what the app was initially going to charge. I refused, because the amount of cash I had on me was just enough to pay the initial price, but not more. He said it was okay, and at that moment I thought he was actually going to stop trying to extort money from me and act like a decent person, but instead he DROVE ME TO AN ATM AT THE NEAREST GAS STATION without saying a word. I told him we agreed on a different price initially, but he literally forced me to withdraw more money from my card, because he promised to leave me at the gas station otherwise. When I contacted the support, they never even wanted to discuss the issue - what I loved most was that they said they would punish the driver IN CASE HE DOES THAT AGAIN 😅 So he’s literally going to get away with what he did, and any one of you may be his next fraud victim, and only then MAYBE they will do something to stop him! Zero attempts to resolve the issue were taken, not even a coupon was offered, plus at some point the support manager Pavel just stopped replying - best customer service ever! Then my chat with the support manager was deleted and I can’t even locate it now - that’s how inconvenient my issue was to them, - but luckily I’ve taken screenshots of the whole conversation, which I would gladly share everywhere I can if the issue won’t be resolved in the nearest time.

On 24th August,2022 I ordered a ride from UPSA to KFC East legon and the fare was 7cedis. On my way back, I ordered a ride and the fare was 17cedis. How is this possible?? There should be an upgrade on the map some locations are not on it.
