1 year agoJust wanted to find out .if the charge is k30 on my phone .when we at destination it shows k40 or k41 .its not good because what it charges is what I carry sometimes. The other time it showed k70 to chibolya but upon arriving it charged me more.is it the drivers or your system has changed on charges.please advise

2 years agoI ordered a ride from Independence avenue to Faithwalk outreach chapel, kwebenya a charge of 71 ghana cedis. Prior to the ordering, the estimated time of arrival was 38 minutes. less than 1 minutes i received a notification that the driver has reached the destination point which was a great lie. he was no where near the pick up spot. After 1 minute, got this notification that "You ve arrived: GHS 10. I did not use this ride so why am i being charged for it. i called the driver serveral times but knowing the fraud he has done he did not anwer my calls. The driver's name is ALBERT DANSO, Vehicle is White Daewoo Magnus with registeratio number GH-201-22.Telephone number +233(55)506-90-20 Kindly investigate this issue and delete this charge from my account. i can be reached on 0246980976 for further clarification. I have been charged wrongly. I have a screen shot of the driver's details. You can contact me for it. Thank you

Cheating clients to win over competition
Yandex is playing very unethical games with clients to win over its main competitor in Israel - Gett. We wanted to go to the airport and checked both apps for a price quote. Yandex showed a price almost 40 NIS cheaper so we chose it. At the end, we were charged almost the sane amount as the original Gett quote and Yandex’s support us now saying that the price was just preliminary. Amazing how an originally decent company quickly turned to dirty tricks and gimmicks more typical for the Israeli market!

Another name for Yandex Taxi with the same infamous service
Ordered a business class car for my very first drive with this awful service. Rude and insolent driver arrived in a dirty smelly car, and chose the longest route. No excuses or compensation were provided. If you ever ask Yandex for support, they would always say they are purely informational service and bear responsibility for nothing. Please beware of Yandex services by all means possible.

I am sick and tired of this app. I saw the ad a million times in almost every application on my phone and now that I actually have it it's awful. Rides are only available in one region of the country🙄. There and over TEN regions. Made redirect some of this advertising Budget to improving the service
