My subscriptions renewed in April and now when I load the app it says it’s expired and to go to my subscriptions. So i’m stuck and have been missing the last week. Can I get help on fixing this issue? Thank you!

How to fix Storyteller app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Storyteller app on iPhone
Update Storyteller app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Storyteller iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Storyteller on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Storyteller network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Storyteller Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Storyteller not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Storyteller App
1. On android, goto Settings » Storyteller » click [Force Stop]

Update Storyteller to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Storyteller App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Storyteller » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Storyteller.

Fix Storyteller unable to contact server/ Storyteller internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Storyteller » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Storyteller » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Storyteller
