App works half of the month and doesn’t open the other half of the time despite both my phone and app up to date. Not a wifi or internet issue either. This makes it difficult to use for rent payment (a time sensitive thing) when I’m never sure if Rentroom will open or not. I wish my landlord would use something else, or that this app would create a functional website to use instead of a broken app.

this app is extremely easy to use. Feels like using a Venmo but specific to living in an apartment or paying rent. I can also submit a maintenance request and easily communicate with my landlord on Rentroom . My friends are jealous I have a mobile app for rent payments

My landlord signed up for this app so I could pay my rent online. I was skeptical at first cause I never heard of them. But after I signed up realized how easy it made paying rent with autopay!

I downloaded Rentroom as my landlord use it the pay for rent. I can never pay as it constantly buffers and never lets me link my bank account in order to pay. It’s very frustrating, I even had other downloaded Rentroom and still never works. May you please debug Rentroom and create a functional base.

I downloaded Rentroom in hopes of finding a room to rent. Tapped, “Create an account” on login screen. Typed in my phone number and then Rentroom practically freezes while doing a search. Finally, it responds with an error message saying that it cannot find my account. No crap, that’s why I selected to create one.

I have never written a review for an app before, but this just takes the cake! I have never even got past the log in screen Rentroom just crashes once i put in my log in info and closes out. Absolutely terrible, Rentroom is a joke! Wish I could give zero stars

Rentroom makes me sign in every time. It never loads anything. When I try to click on buttons in Rentroom it immediately quits. Basically it doesn’t work at all.

I open Rentroom up, press create an account, I enter my phone number like it asks and it says “User not found” but this is the process to create an account so I wouldn’t be a user yet.

If you want to start immediate conversation with you landlord or manager of the building, it will help you.

Payments and associated information are also added.

Wow great idea of maintenance, I don't need to search for the security or manager to ask .. Just a click is enough.
