WavesExchange will not let me create a wallet! When it tells me to pick a password to store my seed it will never let me go pass that. When I pick the password the ok button never lets me create it. What is the dang problem!!!
It’s saying I don’t have the minimum amount to cover fees when I clearly have the minimum amount. I’ve contacted support and got no response. I this point I just want to withdraw my BTC and be done with WavesExchange and wallet altogether.
This can’t come close to one star but I have to click on one to write this review. Do not get this wallet! I tried to send a measly $60 of BCH to another wallet only to find that I need $600 to make that transaction happen. Easy going in. Good luck getting it out. I’m sure it’ll just stay there now forever. GET ANY THING ELSE!!
I was testing out the Waves iPhone wallet and sent some waves from my lite app to a new iPhone wallet. 2 hours later the waves were sent out my account. I have another wallet on my phone where nothing was stolen. I waited to post this review until I heard from support. All I received was a canned response. I have sold all my waves.
Don’t do business with a company that steals your smaller deposits. I was sending more BTC into my wallet in order to get a smaller amount out and it just cost me another $30 which waves has stolen. I reached out to support just to receive the, “sorry your funds are lost, please read our policy carefully.” The transfer was successful, so no reason for the funds to not be there. Network fee was paid. Sad, thought waves was a better company.
They don’t allow you to withdraw your own money.
Tried withdraw a few hundred USDt and guess what? They made this transaction though some gateway.
No money, no correct data, just nothing.

Why should I be restricted from customer care for reporting a fraud ? I deposited 480 and got 90 back and your project thinks it’s best to block me off for airing my view, deleting the transaction and deactivating my account.
I have my evidence your project is a rot.
this wallet of mine hacked last week and all my coins were stolen , no one did nothing for me I contacted to support team but they said they can’t do anything about it and I lost everything, shame on you
You need need to add some security measures on the Waves Mobile app, FingerPrint or Pin Security when Launching WavesExchange , Password to protect funds most mobile apps now have those securities. You need to work on new upgrades
App still doesn’t allow trading although the newest release says it does
I like it. Not overly complicated but it lacks the latest iOS biometric feature which will solidify its security.
I wish y’all had an total calculation of all your crypto and some more tokens as well!

Great wallet and best financial solution, they have great products and token starting from Waves to NSBT, in addition to a lot of stable coins like USDN, EURN and others.
Here is my comments and hope to be consider by the developer:
- there are great features in the web platform which is not available in WavesExchange like usdc staking for example.
- if you register with SEED Phrase you can’t link it with email and password to make your registration easier.
- they have other great product which is SWOP.fi , its good to put link about this product somewhere in the website or app to let the users get benefits.
- WAVES and NSBT must be listed in more exchanges like CEX.IO
I forgot to mention that the people in live support chat are just GREAT.
Fantastic wallet and integrated Dex function. Being an avid participant with the waves project I can attest that this team has worked diligently on the production and release of this wallet, or more formally classified as a potential DApp. There are some minor bugs that come around, however the overall quality of this wallet is 10/10.

Love the look and feel. Great job. Was able to restore accounts with seed phrase quickly.
In my experience, a lot of cryptos either:
a) don’t have a mobile app
b) have a completely dysfunctional mobile app
c) have a sketchy, third-party mobile app
This is none of those things. Although there are a few things left to be desired, such as fiat for US customers, it is an example of what a crypto mobile wallet should look like.
