Hi, i installed the lensa app, paid for the subscription and paid for the 50 and later 100 avatars. Doesn't work. When I trie to get trhe avatars made I get sent to checkout where ,again, I can choose a package of avatars. Please help or else refund.
I paid for the 50 avatars and got an error message saying I already own this, I tried the 100 and got the same thing. I then checked my bank account and saw I was charged for both and no avatars.
I tried to purchase the 200 avatars but it never did anything. I got charged for it though. And charged for the 100 but didn't get them either.

I’m suddenly only able to edit certain photos. If I choose some, the app closes on its own. What’s going on? The photos are the same type I always edit.

I have a iphone 11Max Pro with 256GB of storage, of which only 101GB is used. I also have a 2TB iCloud account. But now when I try to open the Lensa app I get message that says "Not Enough Memory To optimize the app please free up some memory space on your device. Otherswise, only part of your content will be saved". The only options are "Setting" and "Cancel", neither of which seems to do anything. Essentially I can not use the app. How do i fix this? thanks

I only download the app but did not accept Terms and Conditions I have had £27.00 taken from my bank !The app does not work At all I see is a select button and one of my pictures From my photo liibary and no other options Can do Rome get back to me please I e cancelled. It would like to see what this app actually does

You might be impressed if you have never used an app before, otherwise there is a long list of apps that do more for less money or even free. I thought I was signing up for a trial, but found out that I have it for a year for $30. I’ll never use it, so I am going to cancel my subscription now so that I don’t forget and delete the app to clear up the space it’s wasting. The interface looks like it’s for 90-year-olds who can’t see because the buttons and sliders are huge, while the photo is small. I don’t get why this has good ratings. The actual tools give decent results, but not even as good as a lot of free apps. Again, maybe those ratings are by people for whom this is their first time using an editing app.

I downloaded this because of the cool Christmas backgrounds that were advertised. However, when I downloaded the app, I was immediately prompted to pay a pretty hefty price. Had I been allowed to test the app, maybe I would have opted to purchase it but all I was able to do was play with exposure, contrast, etc. all things I can do on my iOS without an expensive app. It wouldn't allow me to test out the backgrounds at all. On top of that, it couldn't recognize a face with a mask on. There is clearly a head and eyes to detect but I didn’t want to adjust anything on my face anyway. I only wanted to test out backgrounds. Needless to say, if I can’t take the app for a test drive, I Def won’t be purchasing. Seemed cool but was a total dud :(

The first time I used it during the trial I was able to open an existing photo from my library. After that, the all just freezes when I try to open another photo with the + link. It will only open and edit photos I take with the app. I emailed customer support two weeks ago and haven’t gotten a reply (other than an immediate reply that my request was received). I have already been charged for the app, but do not want to pay so much for it if I cannot open existing photos from my iPhone library. I don’t understand why it worked when I first got it, and after that first photo it doesn’t... fix the problem or properly advertise that it will only work if you take the photo using the app!
