I dont have all the edit buttons and I paid for the subscription. One of the buttons is object remover. It's not there.
App stuck saying “almost done”. Never had this problem before.
When I click to use it a large box shows up saying: Allow "Lensa" to track your advertising ID and activity... The box stays stuck there and I can't use it.
Yup. Still works up to the point of taking payment and then doesn't continue. Just gives error "You already own this item" when trying to prompt app to continue. Currently not working as of today the 5th of December 2022. This is on the Android app.
I bought 3 separate packs of photos, 4 different packs, the most recent pack was 200 for 15.99. Now I go on the app and all my photos are gone and I did not get my recent purchase of AI photos the 200 pack. My email is deetsbop@redacted please help
Loading Bar got stuck at 7 of 14 for two hours. Deleted and redownloaded app and restarted my phone, but next time screen got stuck at 0 of 10. Did i lose money twice??? Very pissed about this.

The app hasn't been working for over a week or longer in my case. When I open it and upload a photo, as I open the photo to edit the screen goes black and doesn't work. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it but it didn't change anything.

The Lensa App is glitching on “our AI is just getting ready”, a reboot on phone doesn’t fix it. There is no option to close the app when this happens. Im guessing this is a tech issue that only Lensa can fix with an update. The newest photo edits do not apply to photo edits either. Please help!!!

The app starts, it flickers with “all good AI is getting ready” and it has a black screen then closes.
Hello, Unfortunately the app refuses to open. I have restarted my phone a couple times. Closed the app and tried again many times, but it just says "all good the AL is getting ready" or whatever that message is at the bottom and then it glitches out. Thanks, Taylor
App is frozen and will not open. Then just shuts down. I have restarted my phone, to no avail.
The loading screen is stuck and just flickering. Cannot get into photos etc just flickering screen with white circle
Loading videos but not pictures! Error message instructs check connection but that is working fine for videos.

Not loading pics! Error message! WiFi connection is perfect so that’s not it. I also rebooted my phone and it continues.
