The this app app seems to be kind of a website. When you are in a hurry to trade, it does not easily login, provide the current prices, show the orders placed or even submit the orders. By the time the data loads or is submitted, you are often late. I use other trading apps that are iOS native and I have no such issues. They work in real time.
It would also be great to be able to enter the amounts of the trade in fiat since I have to calculate this every time and it slows me in making the order.
To sum up: Bitfinex is at this point unreliable. It even became unavailable this week in the middle of a market crash, which is simply unacceptable. In my experience, there is ample room for be improvement. Please this app, make a better app. Thank you.

I in the US can’t use it. Wasn’t told until I finalized my set up. The wording is horrible. If it ever comes to the states I won’t be using it. Like I said garbage.

What is this garbage 2fa system? I finished registering and when I tried logging in it sent me an email to confirm my login. When I opened it I had to login again. But guess what? It requested ANOTHER confirmation link within that confirmation link. So now I’m stuck in a cycle where I can’t even login to my account after signing up. Now I can see why this exchange is so unpopular.

I am trying to set up a account with these people and all I get is sent to a page ask me if I want PRO or LITE version. All they have is a FAQ listing and no support email of talk with . I can’t even get started with these people and it’s not my fault.

What kind of foolish app is this I can’t even withdraw my bitcoins it’s been loading for hours and nothing it says I need to approve it in my mail I’ve clicked on the mail but it would only show loading for hours and then it cancels again

It constantly logs me out with rate limit error or something like that. It’s important for me to have access to the platform 24/7 to be able to precisely execute my trading decisions, otherwise I lose money. Please fix ASAP

After downloading Bitfinex , there is only a Login option. I need to Sign Up. Since there was no option to Sign Up, I just deleted Bitfinex and not use the Exchange. There are so many out there, that allowed me to Sign Up.

I’m sure Bitfinex is probably fine overall, but since I can’t even use Bitfinex , I have to rate it poorly. So yea if you live in the United States, don’t even bother downloading it.

It doesn’t work when you upgrade to iOS 13

This new app looks good but if you have previusly versión, think before change because this only have BTC/ETH/IOTA tickers, so if you you use only for reference, this versión doesn’t help. Also it doesn’t has candelstick graphics or any other indicator.

Glad to finally be able to trade more pairs on mobile. Interface is much better. Getting some error messages in Bitfinex . And yeah looking forward to being able to chart. Hopefully they do something about the ridiculous fees soon.
