Can no longer check voicemail or forward calls. CoxBusinessMyAccount now has no purpose
I’m still in a contract with cox business internet for another two months but decided to switch to T Mobile 5G home internet since cox was delivering speeds nowhere near what I’m paying for. There’s no excuse for getting less than 10mps if I’m paying for 100mps. I now pay $30 less a month with T Mobile and get speeds up to three times faster. Didn’t expect to get 300mps through my cell phone provider but I’m truly grateful since I need reliable internet for work. Cox does not take care of its customers and I’m happy to have other options in my area now so I’m no longer trapped by their subpar service.
CoxBusinessMyAccount NO LONGER allows one to forward numbers. While at the same time the service level has dropped that I need to transfer numbers. Cox Business is crap.
Well, needed CoxBusinessMyAccount this morning and turns out it won’t work with iOS 12.4 (the worst update from Apple in a long time). Add to that and the Cox MyAccount system will only handle 25 accounts. I have over 30. Not a great system.
I hope I never had the displeasure of needing cox again. The service is awful and the tech-support is even worse. Two days without business email with no end in sight. What an awful way to run a business. What an easy way to put me out of business. Thank you cox
CoxBusinessMyAccount really doesn’t do much. Was hoping to quickly view and retrieve voice mail messages and get alerts like I could with AT&T app. Starting to regret switching to Cox for my business line. AT&T had a good voice mail viewer app.
I shouldn’t have to log on to website to use all the 40 features I pay for. The only thing included in CoxBusinessMyAccount is call forwarding. More features that turn on and off should be available on CoxBusinessMyAccount. For example, remote office! Act of Congress to use it.
The new changes take time to change between accounts and get to pay the bill. I have an extra account that Cox set up in error and I want it deleted off my account. There isn’t a clear way to remove it.
Used CoxBusinessMyAccount frequently to manage forwarding phone calls. Now it’s impossible to do it through CoxBusinessMyAccount . Have to log in through internet which takes forever and makes CoxBusinessMyAccount pointless.
I’ve tried a lot of useless apps over the last 15 years and this is easily in the top 10 most useless apps ever. You will have to use the web for most functions (and sign in again) so just save a step and use their website.
Been trying to down grade my irrelevant camera system that got my shop broken into 3 weeks after having them installed. These people are truly terrorists. Been giving me the run around every time. Contract is up in 9 months. I can’t wait till I’m rid of this nightmare. And if cox is the only service provider my location can receive. I’ll gladly move my business.
I cannot believe they dropped the ability to forward the phone with CoxBusinessMyAccount . That is why I have CoxBusinessMyAccount. You cannot forward the phone using a mobile device now. Please bring back the ability to forward the phone using CoxBusinessMyAccount .
Currently I cannot get past the login screen of the Cox Business app when running on my M1 Macbook. It displays a "Device Not Supported" message and says my device is rooted, it is not. Please fix.
I never received my 50 gig upgrade to my email. Only received 5 gig!! I was sent two new motums to upgrade my internet also. My monthly coast doesn’t match what I was quoted. Please contact me. Thank you!

Cox will Promise you the world, watch out once you sign the contract then they will Not help your company except to charge the SH_ T out of you! The Business Phones are awful and Business Security stop working and I was not notified, asked Cox remind me what I am paying for! Never received a response.
Left bad reviews No company person has ever notified me or to see how they can help me to work together to improve my Business. All I get is a extra bill when you asked to get a technician to fix there problem!

System is very user friendly and the tech support is great for my area ! I have had a few issues and the service times are a bit slow due to back up orders. Over all great company though would recommend!
