I paid for it A six subscription to translate Arabic to English. I pasted a text message in Arabic into the field and hit the translate arrow. I got a message saying “ the translation service is not available.” I tried 4 more times but I get the same message. This is terrible because the sales hyper makes you think they have an excellent translation service. NOT TRUE! Customer service stinks!! There should have been a disclaimer if translation. Service is restricted to certain hours or days. I am going to cancel and try another reliable app

I have no doubt real time translation will be possible some day but not just yet. I had hoped this app would translate on the fly, like dictation software, but it can only handle one phrase at a time. Translating Korean was not great. To be fair, the speakers I was testing with aren’t as clear in their pronunciation as they should be, but that the real world of native speakers. So I’d give it 5 more years for CPUs to get up to the speed they need to do continuous translation on the fly. Also, I’m not crazy about subscription models.

I cancel my subscription after one week and they no only make pay the month so also put me in autopay per week with is the high price, in addition make me pay two time the week price with out reason. Totally fraud No caigan como yo apesar de que cancele mi subscripcion a tiempo me cobraron el mes no conforme con eso me pasaron a automático pago semana y encima me salen cobrando doble por semana que es el mas alto precio que robo que fraude
