I tried this service when I had injuries that affected my training as an athlete. It is an easy to use app, but there’s one big downside if your therapy is not covered by insurance, which mine never is. Unfortunately, neither I nor my therapist had any idea what the actual charges would look like, and customer service for Luna just kept saying they wouldn’t know either until notified by some service they were using. My therapist and I had booked some sessions up front, and as it turned out, the sessions were twice what I had paid for past PT sessions. It is truly disappointing to me that we can’t actually shop or at least know about the session’s pricing up front. For that reason, even though LunaPhysicalTherapy has a good UX, I absolutely would NOT recommend it.
