When I weighed this morning the Fitdays app on my phone recorded my weight as about HALF what was on the scale. Is there a way to delete this entry? Thanks!
My scale continues to flash between 8888 and 2902
I used Fitdays for a couple of months.Worked perfectly. Today my ESET virusscan urged me to remove the app because it contains a Trojan Horse. Can you please inform me when it is safe to use the app again?
App not storing data. Shows measuring when standing in scales and shows weight as per the scales. But then doesn’t hold the data and shows weight etc as it was on 25/08/23
App doesn't say for Bluetooth premission on my iphone 13. Not found anywhere in blue tooth. Privacy,or security settings
Where does the charger cord go into the scale? I can't find it.
My Fitdays app connects to my smart scale, but it records numbers that are different than the ones present on the screen. How do I make them match up?
Although my weights are from 75,75 kg to 74 kg, in the graphic the average given is 83.9 kg. I have checked all individual measurements but there was not a high or wrong weights in the daily data. All graphics are wrong now
My body fat is not registering correctly. It was registering at 15% moving up and down with each weigh in. Now it’s registering at 28% including my past readings for all reading registering at 28%.
The bpm is twice that of what my doctor says and my BP cuff. It’s wrong and I wonder what else is wrong
I just got a new scale but when I tried to delete the old one and connect the new one it said server can not connect try again later. I deleted the app and reinstalled it and now I can't log in at all. It gives the same error

I am a personal trainer. I cannot get readings to register on my phone (android), but my clients can. I can see past history but no new data.
I can’t see my recent week’s weights when I go to: ‘Contrast’ Then ‘Comparative data selection’ Then ‘Manually select a fixed amount of data for comparison’ Today is 11th August, but it won’t let me ‘swipe’ to see the month of august. How can I rectify this please!
These scAles arent working. They are way out of kilter. Inconsistent with other scales. They say I have a busy age if 33 when I’m 67. They say I have a BMI of 33 when my bmi is 27. Just wrong
