I bought the Bveiugn Scale because I wanted a lower cost option for reporting my weight stats to my Fitbit App. This Fitdays is the app my new Bveiugn scale said to download. Upon initial setup the scale reported my weight to my Fitbit app, but not since. I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting, logging out of the apps then in. Neither of these actions worked. Then I tried to find s way to contact the developer through the app, nothing found. Finally I tried to get app support through the Apple App Store using the link provided here. That link does not work. There is a gross failure on this Fitbit Link feature. Additionally, the link from the Bveiugn scale to the Fitdays app ONLY works when the app is open on my iPhone and near the scale. If you weigh without first opening the Fitdays app and having it standby while you weigh, then it will NOT record your weight or other stats. Hoping that the developer will fix this quick.

I know “Cherry” will respond to this saying “user experience is their biggest concern”, but it’s not. A couple other reviews I read seemed to agree. The data they show you is confusing at best. Thank god there are actual numbers to show your weight. The graph system is terrible. There’s no way to scale in or out. You just choose “Day” “Week” “Month” or “Year” and it shows you a line going down or up with random dates. If you’ve been using this app less than a year, it just shows you a dot. When you go to user data, it asks to access your calendar for some reason then shows you their calendar which doesn’t work. I try to tap on January 2nd and the screen slides to middle of February on some random date. It’s just a terrible design. So Cherry, fix your app. First, just plain fix it. I weighed myself January 2. Why can’t I tap on that date and see that info. Secondly, take the data you’re gathering from the scale and translate it into charts and graphs that are meaningful and can be interacted with. Pro: app hooks up to my scale and tells me my weight. Which a normal scale does anyway

This is a piece of JUNK! I bought one of these scales it listening to the bad reviews! THE APP DOSENT WORK SO YOU CANT USE THE SCALE! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! THIS was a waste of my money that I don’t even have. I’m trying to get my life together and go the the army. But I have to get my weight down. I was trying to keep up with my weight with this scale I was so happy to get, just to find out the app doesn’t work AT ALL! I can’t even register which means I can’t use the scale! I waited for this scale for days! Just for it not to work I’m very very disappointed and will get a refund if my money! Have a great day. Please fix the app you have made for other people don’t have to go though this. If i could give it zero stars I WOULD
