Purchased this tracker, it came without any batteries where it says “it comes with the longest-lasting battery”. It give the location of my cellphone ONLY, not the location of the device...which makes absolutely no sense. The settings are very poor, it says something about “virtual fence” but there is no option in settings for it. Do not buy!!

I was taken for $99! I purchased four units to clip to dog collars, purse, phone case and not a one works at all. No batteries came with them even though as days long lasting battery included. I added a battery to test each one and two of them simply do nothing and on two of them the button can not be depressed to activate. Contacted support and received no reply. Rip off!

I bought this online advertised as a dog tracker. Before I bash them I would like to take a second to write that I’ve basically never written a review before, even if I didn’t like a product or app I would simply delete it. Kindelf is a scam. Not only does this device not work but there isn’t even a place to complain or return the item. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME, THIS IS FAKE AND DOES NOT WORK IN ANY WAY AT ALL. All it does is show you the location of your phone and if you’re within 10 feet of the tracker it beeps. It just angers me that they allow such garbage to even be sold in this country, since I’ve come to find out it is forbidden in Europe

Item arrived with minimal, unclear directions. Unable to ever get the device linked with Kindelf . Still doesn’t function. In hindsight it sounds wonderful, but in reality it was a waste of money. No return info, no contact info, nothing. In fact, I had to sign to pick it up for some odd reason and I didn’t know what it was or where it was from. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TOME OR MONEY.

I found this dog tracker on a Facebook or Insta ad. The video looked great and talked about a gps tracker to never loose your dog. It costs 25$ so I bought 2. It took 3 weeks to arrive from Singapore. It’s basically a cheap peace of plastic. The design of Kindelf is poor and the device is light years away from their advertisement. What a scam !!! When I ordered it was directly charged on my PayPal and I never received any email. So I don’t even know where to return that crap. It’s definitely false advertising and in Europe it’s forbidden ! I’ll complain.

It took a month to arrive and when it did it didn’t have a battery. Not dead, just not there at all. So now I have to deal with that. Interface instructions unclear and phone data has to be constantly enabled to work. Also, it appears that the tag will beep the entire time it’s turned on?! Why on earth would I want that?

Great ad, but it doesn’t match the product. I highly recommend whatever advertising company they used though, it tricked quite a few of us.

After — silly me— after downloading Kindelf i opened the packaging and there is no battery and if a battery were in it there’d be no way to keep the battery in it.. no battery door/keeper was sent so just an open crevice. I can’t say if it would work or not -but the notification I received was in Chinese. Deleted Kindelf and hope no malware was installed. Wasted a few bucks. Don’t buy it.

This is the biggest scam ever, don’t get this garbage. It doesn’t work, Kindelf crashes and the devices freak out when you go away from them. When you load the device and you are too far, Kindelf crashes immediately. So good luck having more the one. Sounds like it was a great idea and the owner decided it was to much work and decided they were gonna drop support.

This is the first review I’ve ever done. The product is that bad that I figured I should do it. For starters - battery not included. I got this product to keep tabs on my cat in the backyard. It turns out it doesn’t follow the cat it just follows where my phone is. After purchasing I read some reviews and realized other people said the same thing.

So, it definitely works. What I have an issue with is that anytime I close out of Kindelf completely the tracker starts beeping. So keeping Kindelf up is going to drain my battery cuz it disconnects if you close it. It does work pretty well (I put mine in my wallet) and tells me exactly the location of it even if I just move around in my house it'll show me where it moves in there.

I love this device and it’s features however Kindelf constantly crashes and constantly disconnects! Constantly beeps because it won’t stay connected! It’s not my device because I’ve had several Bluetooth devices and all constantly work with no problems I will be returning them ! Don’t get ripped off like I did!

Initially I couldn’t turn it on, but I removed a small piece covering the battery from inside and was able to get everything set up. There are some things that aren’t explicitly addressed in the manual such as removing this piece, and the tracker beeping after exiting Kindelf (you have to press the button on the tracker). Those are the only issues I’ve had so far (and I hope to not experience any others). I read through some of the reviews here to figure things out. Overall, I got this from Wish with $1 shipping and I’m satisfied with it for the price! It definitely came months late though, forgot I even bought it.

PLEASE READ THIS MAY HELP: Despite all the bad reviews - This device was easy to download and set up and is working as it should for me so far with tracking misplaced keys... I thought I had an issue with the device beeping when closing out of Kindelf but discovered that you just press the button on the device and the beeping stops... Note: You just have to do it every time you open/close app... Another thing is, there is a range for detecting the device you just have to go within range before you hear the beeping... Hope this helps some of you who may have had issues with this item...

When I looked at all of the reviews on Kindelf, I thought I wasted my money on this dog tracker. but when I used it none of the things in the comment section of Kindelf happened to me. Maybe the other reviews were written before the newest update or I don’t even know. I just know that Kindelf works quite all right for me👍🏾

Bruh... you have to buy they tracker at a store its not fake you buy the tracker and set it up to your phone how ignorant are you people.

The this app ‘iTAG’ works excellently for me. I use it to track my curious kitty. The alerts are more responsive than ‘Tile’ and GPS is more accurate than ‘nut’. This iTAG device does not come with very good instructions. I think that’s why most people have problems. The only reason I was able to figure it out is because I bought a ‘nut mini’, at the same time. I followed those instructions to get this this app app to find my iTAG device. I’ve copied & pasted said instructions below, in case they can help the next guy enjoy the this app iTAG as much as me.

I didn’t look at any of the reviews for this product before already buying it and getting ready to download the accompanying app. As soon as I did though, I figured this was about to be a waste of time (only paid $1 with free shipping, thus, not a waste of money as well). Still, out of curiosity, I continued on. As Kindelf downloaded, I fiddled with the actual ‘tag’. Seeing as nothing seemed to happen when I pressed the only button on the tag itself, I was hoping it was just a dead battery. I was happy to see my only problem was not removing the little plastic strip that keeps the battery fresh. After doing so, the tag beeped and it’s light came on. Next, I opened Kindelf and was even more shocked when it did exactly what it was supposed to! I have only had the product for 2 days now, so I can’t speak to battery life or overall reliability. But I also don’t have anything bad to say either. Again, I paid $1 for the thing so I’m not going to be too upset if it does end up dying in a week. However, from what I’ve seen so far, it’s earned the 5 star rating I’m giving.

I got one of these for free from Wish with $1 shipping and it’s great peace of mind for if my super fast puppy takes off or gets loose! As far as I can tell it works, but if it disappoints me later oh well, it was only a buck 😂

Works as advertised. I have them on my keys and backpack. I am always misplacing them. I plan on ordering more for my wallet and to give out to friends and family.

Works exactly as described. I can keep track of my pet around the immediate area. The device literature tells you the range. I see people complain, if you want a true long distance tracker, then you have to get a gms tracker with a SIM card. Usually the phone company has very cheap plans for these as you don’t use it for anything except for pings.
Kindelf/device works awesome as promised.

I’m not sure how this would work on a pet. The range seems limited for that.
It works great in the house for locating my key ring, especially for $1.
I just open Kindelf , hit the “click alarm” button and the device starts beeping.
To stop the beeping just hit the “stop alarm” button in Kindelf .
Simple, no issues.
There is a piece of plastic under the battery that has to be removed before it will turn on.

When I close the app the tracker continues to beep. How do I fix that.

Useless and bad customer service I purchased it for my dog but it works off Bluetooth so if your dog gets out you can't track it because it will be out of range. My iPhone did a software update at 2am so the device alarm went off at 2am. I contacted the maker and they said that you must return it within 5 days or NO REFUND - it took 5 days to arrive so of course, they wouldn't let me return it! I don't think they are interested in customers, I think this is a money-making scheme

Doesn’t work, no refund allowed Works off Bluetooth so if you go out of range it is useless. Apple did a phone upgrade and it set off the alarm at 2am. No refunds allowed after 5 days, but it took 5 days to arrive 😡

Firstly, this works well for a $1 item. The app is limited in what functionality it provides. And yes the tags beep when you close the app. However, if you select “WiFi do not disturb” in the app settings and then deselect “Alarm when Bluetooth disconnected”. You will not be notified when you close the app. When you want to find your iTag then open the app, select the “Location” and then “Lost History”. Pick a history view and Zoom in on the locations to see where your iTags are. Select a blue dot to see the name of the tag. If you want a Tracker and an App that is more sophisticated and easier to manage and use, then purchase something that cost you $$$$$s.

Bought 3 for my cats, one didn't work at all.. couldn't get the battery cover off to check it and then one of my cats got wet so the tracker now doesn't work at all.. waste of money

The app only work if I'm in car but it I'm at home n my kids take the car it don't show me wat I need to know when checking up on my ids

Can u find your phone using this tracker? So far I can find it through my phone, but I don't know it it works the other way as well.

Very poor, almost useless. Initially could not get it to connect, then it magically did! But I could only get it to beep (once) by restarting the app! Is more like a cracker puzzle - try to figure out how to get it to work at all
