iOS app displays the wrong image when I click on one? It shows the same image for every image I tap on the board. Other times it crashes the app when I tap on an image to view. Tried redownloading the app, doesn’t help. Same issue every time

It works on my Ipad, but on Windows, in Chrome, I try to open it, it logs into my account, but as soon as my boards appear, the white screen darkens and I can't click on anything. The same happens with the Windows App. Help!

When I open Milanote, whether that is on the browser site or on the app, the screen goes dark and I cannot click on anything. Why is this?
