Since the update to ios16.5 the app crashes on opening. Tried removing and reinstalling app, but no change. Also cannot shut down iphone 11 completely anymore. Don’t know if these problems are related.

How to fix Headspace app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Headspace app on iPhone
Update Headspace app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Headspace iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Headspace on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Headspace network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Headspace Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Headspace not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Headspace App
1. On android, goto Settings » Headspace » click [Force Stop]

Update Headspace to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Headspace App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Headspace » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Headspace.

Fix Headspace unable to contact server/ Headspace internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Headspace » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Headspace » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Headspace
