I did not cancel the payment made so I attempted to redo the 07/07/2023 payment again on 07/08/2023 the same word "cancel" appeared in blue color as I reviewed my attempt at the correction. My credentials work fine on the website but when I use them on the mobile app I get a "user invalid" error. Over and over again since I first installed the app weeks ago. I called customer service. They don't see any issues on their end. I see other reviews describing the same problem. And it's been 10 months since any type of update was made. Let's get this fixed!!!
Going on 3 weeks. Nothing has changed. Obviously, Ollo has no interest in providing customer service. I have spoken to several reps and get same responses with no solutions. I will be posting my reviews on all my social media platforms and sharing with as many as possible.

I have used this app on many occasions. I bought a new IPad ios14 and a new iPhone 11 as well Feb. 1st. I have been unable to open the mobile app when downloaded on my iPad. It will download but only open to the point of greeting and then nothing. But, I have problem opening the app on my iPhone. I called Ollo but was only told β the app is workingβ. Is there a problem with the app and new iPads? The Ollo mobile app is the( only) app I am having a problem with. I have deleted it and reinstalled many times as well as restarted my device.

Easy to get credit. My score went up 150 points in the past two years and paid off and was saving the card for emergencies and it was paid off a d they closed the cars. Reducing my average age of cards lowering my credit age and credit limit lowering my score. No warning or anything. Will never use typhus company again.
