10 months agoI made a payment or July on 07/07/2023 the following day I reviewed the payment yet it had the word cancelled in blue color. I did not cancel the payment made so I attempted to redo the 07/07/2023 payment again on 07/08/2023 the same word "cancel" appeared in blue color as I reviewed my attempt at the correction. I want to know if the payment on July 7 is processing or not My due date is the 9th. Who do I consult with to verify the payments made to my card ?

10 months agoI AM IN NEED OF YOUR MAILING ADDRESS. I HAVE BEEN TURNED OVER TO A COLLECTION AGENCY AFTER I CALLED YOU FIVE TIMES AND WROTE A LETTER. I KNOW I AM MAXED OUT, BUT AM PLANNING ON PAYING YOU BACK AS SOON AS I SELL MY PROPERTY. UNTIL THEN I WAS HOPING TO MAKE MONTHLY PAYMENTS, BUT NO ONE WILL TALK TO ME ABOUT THIS. PLEASE SEND ME YOUR ADDRESS SO THAT I CAN ATTEMPT YET AGAIN.

1 year agoI WANT TO DISPUTE $255 TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT ON 2/6/23 BY ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION IN CUDAHY, WI. I PAYED THIS AMOUNT ($255) TOWRDS AN ENGINE. AFTER THE PAYMENTS THEY QUATED ME , I DECLINED THE OFFER. THEY WILL NOT PUT THE MONEY BACK ON MY ACCOUT. WHAT DO I DO? ICAN NOT GET IN CONTACT WITH THESE PEOPLE. 1 year agoNEED HELP TO RECEIVE MY NEW OLLO CREDIT CARD. ON 12/05/22 I REPORTED SOME WRONG ACTIVITIES ON MY CREDIT CARD ENDING #8299, and was decided to be cancelled for future investigations. I received mails from your Office letting me know that my new card was on the way, but since today 12/29/22, I did not receive it. Also received e-mails letting me know that you will charge me with late fees; But if I don't have my new card and information related, It is not possible to make any payments. PLEASE !!!!!!!HELP ME TO GET MY NEW CARD, AND AVOID CHARGES FOR LATE FEES. I NEED TO MAKE MY MONTHLY PAYMENTS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE THANK YOU I being calling your office and Customer Service and no one answer and help me with my requests...

Frustrated!!!
My credentials work fine on the website but when I use them on the mobile app I get a "user invalid" error. Over and over again since I first installed the app weeks ago. I called customer service. They don't see any issues on their end. I see other reviews describing the same problem. And it's been 10 months since any type of update was made. Let's get this fixed!!! Going on 3 weeks. Nothing has changed. Obviously, Ollo has no interest in providing customer service. I have spoken to several reps and get same responses with no solutions. I will be posting my reviews on all my social media platforms and sharing with as many as possible.

Will not open
I have used this app on many occasions. I bought a new IPad ios14 and a new iPhone 11 as well Feb. 1st. I have been unable to open the mobile app when downloaded on my iPad. It will download but only open to the point of greeting and then nothing. But, I have problem opening the app on my iPhone. I called Ollo but was only told “ the app is working”. Is there a problem with the app and new iPads? The Ollo mobile app is the( only) app I am having a problem with. I have deleted it and reinstalled many times as well as restarted my device.

Stay away from this card
Easy to get credit. My score went up 150 points in the past two years and paid off and was saving the card for emergencies and it was paid off a d they closed the cars. Reducing my average age of cards lowering my credit age and credit limit lowering my score. No warning or anything. Will never use typhus company again.
