Ollo Credit Card Reviews

My credentials work fine on the website but when I use them on the mobile app I get a "user invalid" error. Over and over again since I first installed OlloCreditCard weeks ago. I called customer service. They don't see any issues on their end. I see other reviews describing the same problem. And it's been 10 months since any type of update was made. Let's get this fixed!!!

Going on 3 weeks. Nothing has changed. Obviously, Ollo has no interest in providing customer service. I have spoken to several reps and get same responses with no solutions. I will be posting my reviews on all my social media platforms and sharing with as many as possible.

Paying on time and using it for almost all my expenses and now when I try to use OlloCreditCard to check my account, I get a pop up saying account closed
Update: system glitch and account still open

I have had no problems with OlloCreditCard other than no type of instant notification when I use my card for a purchase. Capital One, Discover, Synchrony and many other cards send me a push notification or text or email instantly when a purchase is made. OlloCreditCard will wait a few days before sending an email notification. Can you all do an update for instant notifications when my card is used? If you do I’ll use the card daily for my purchases and I’m sure many others will too.

I have used OlloCreditCard on many occasions. I bought a new IPad ios14 and a new iPhone 11 as well Feb. 1st. I have been unable to open the mobile app when downloaded on my iPad. It will download but only open to the point of greeting and then nothing. But, I have problem opening OlloCreditCard on my iPhone. I called Ollo but was only told “ OlloCreditCard is working”. Is there a problem with OlloCreditCard and new iPads? The Ollo mobile app is the( only) app I am having a problem with. I have deleted it and reinstalled many times as well as restarted my device.

OlloCreditCard is perfect for giving everything I want and need. I log in, see my balance, available credit and even my credit score if I choose. The best thing is that my payment can be made and posted in a timely manner. Very happy with OlloCreditCard.

A very nice app and very pleased. Easy to use, lots of options to handle account.
Wish more companies could make their app like Ollo’s.
Easy on the eyes too. I have an issue with my eyes and their colors are easy to handle, not 10 colors on one page etc.

It is so convenient when you have the Ollo app. You can review your account and quickly make a payment. Also can see your credit score. Face recognition is the best.

I needed a card to help build my credit and Ollo does just that, in a years time credit limit doubled and now my scores are improving. Owning a home credit is necessary thank you Ollo for the opportunity!

I really wish the company would consider interest rate decreases instead of continuously bumping up my available credit. The customer service agents are ALWAYS kind and ALWAYS speak beautiful English while showing compassion and care for their customers!!!

You have one of the easiest apx in the world to work you put in your passcode push a button and instantly find out what you owe what your balances are when your payment is due I love it you’re the best there is!!!

Easy to get credit. My score went up 150 points in the past two years and paid off and was saving the card for emergencies and it was paid off a d they closed the cars. Reducing my average age of cards lowering my credit age and credit limit lowering my score. No warning or anything. Will never use typhus company again.

This is a very user friendly app. I can navigate it swiftly and it provides all the info I need for a quick snapshot of my account. Setting up payments is very easy as well.

Ollo has helped me reestablish my credit when I needed it the most. Their online app. Makes it easy to monitor my transactions and pay my bill when due.

Love the look of OlloCreditCard and so easy to use. All the things I’d want to use for my credit card app is front and center. So great to monitor my credit score and improve it with the help of Ollo!

Ollo is the best new card in the market, I’ve seen it all and they are the best at service and treating you with respect. I luv everything about them...including their simple, transparent and easy to use mobile app.

How do you apply ?

There isn’t a option on the website or app to apply for the credit card it only gives options to activate the Ollo card or put in a offer number.

Love the “Glance” feature. OlloCreditCard is easy to negotiate. I have set up automatic payments so I don’t have to remember. You can also cash in your monetary rewards as a credit for next month.

I love how simple it is to check recent transactions, balances, and make payments. Great job guys!! Also, the bonus of being able to monitor your credit score is great!

Ollo has provided great service, and I love having their card. Automatic Credit line would be nice after perfect payments, but again, I am happy with the card.

The credit card is ok, but the company waits too long to review accounts for credit line increases.
Most credit card companies offer increases.
I’ve had my credit card for at least 2-3 years and I have yet to receive the offer.
