Drops: Food & Grocery Shopping Reviews

I’m frequent customer, I use Drops a lot. The older version of Drops was working smoothly. The new update needs a lot of enhancement. For example when you choose to go back from the current page, it takes you to the main page, while you only need to go back one step. When you click on the add it doesn’t take you there. You better get things sorted out soon before you loose your customers.

It was my first time using Drops. And I wasn't satisfied at all. I ordered a product and received a completely something else. When I mentioned the problem to the customer support. They re- sent the same wrong item for the second time. When I asked for a refund they deducted from the original amount. And refused to pay the whole amount. If you plan on downloading this app. Just don't. They don't care about how the customer feels. And that's a shame unfortunately

Lots of bugs to fix, Drops keeps crashing.
The design isn’t that good, there’s absolutely no need for categories within categories within a category, it makes it harder to find what you’re looking for.
To put it simply, the previous version wasn’t that bad and you could’ve improved the graphics instead of the whole thing.

Drops was great it didn’t need enhancements at all!!!!! I can’t login to my account and if I used guest account the items disappear after 30 minutes!!!! REALLY??? I take time to browse when I finish and go to check out some of the items disappear!! I didn’t like the interface of Drops looks dull! I hate it. I’m trying to purchase for days and I couldn’t. I tried customer service on whatsapp and my issues hasn’t been fixed yet!!!

The new update is very bad, I cannot login into my account also when I use the guest card my items are removed. When I wanna sign as a new account, the password won’t work. Too much slides things are going I cannot get to what I want. Also, the categories are confusing there is no snacks category why😭😭😣😣
This is sad I really loved Drops and used to recommend to everyone, but now I won’t use it anymore the update ruined it ☹️💔

What you buy on Drops is not what you get delivered. I do not buy from places that don’t mention the country of origin of the fruit so I bought from them Australian tangerines, instead I received ones from Egypt! The seashell Guylian chocolates were almost expired and had white powdery looking layer on them.

Drops has no delete account option. Isn’t that a requirement for all apps in the AppStore?

I love using this app. Drops makes our life easier. But this update is lagging a lot, plus search engine is not showing all products. Previous version was better and smoother. I hope this problem fix as soon as possible. Thank you.

Excellent quality items,with a wide range of products!! Straight to your door in less than 2 hours.

Thought I use Drops , however this is the freaking annoying reality.
The idea is good. Drops looks great. The items are amazing. But to order is horrible. You can not save your address " it will reset" every time you log in. Once you order you can NOT check ur current or previous order.
Downloading and creating an account is completely useless.

The application made shopping easier i loved the provided products; lots of different items which is really interesting!

After the update, Drops won’t let me sign in.

The basket keeps emptying out what I choose and it will not allow me to log in keeps logging out..
so many bugs to fix with Drops . And delivery timings..when Drops and service first started it was much better , you are losing customers

Someone really messed up Drops after last major update. Browsing the items is very poor compared to how it was previously. Before you could enjoy shopping with Drops . Now it is very difficult and unpleasant. You just use Search instead. Bad decision this upgrade. More of a downgrade!

Good app overall, just wish they would fix the tracking

Order has been pending since 3 hours. All customer service says is it’s been dispatched and thank you for service and slam. Tried contacting them couple times and got the same response.

Drops not easy to navigate as before plus every time I’m trying to sign in it won’t allow me always getting error msg. And the feels and looks of the new update!!! All I can say not a pleasant experience as before

I ordered food for my baby and I received the order with missing items.
This new update has lots of issues and now even bigger issues with delivery.

طلبت اغراض لابنتي الطفله، و لم تصل جميع المنتجات التي تم الدفع لها. وصل الطلب الساعه ١١ مساءاً بدون اكل الطفله الرضيعه. الطلب ناقص
و البرنامج بعد التحديث سيء جداً

After update Drops i can not sign in :(

amazing app, amazing delivery, amazing overall.
but i would really wished if they categorized things better in the beauty section and had a bodycare/hygiene section

The new app format and updates are a MESS. I can’t access previous orders in my account - always an error message…which means I can’t see order status. Today nothing is loading - screen categories and search results come up completely blank. As this is an app only no standalone store grocery situation - I try a couple of times then order from
Lulu. Now there isn’t even a phone number to call to see what the heck is going on - only the dreaded chat option which I hate.

Since the overhaul of the application, the "search by brands" page has disappeared. Therefore, it is very difficult to find certain products and it is just annoying. Please bring the brands page back. Drops went from being the only app I use to shop all the way to "it's not worth the time anymore"

The new update won’t let me see the products
It says show me products but when i tap it it takes me to the choosing a language page

Drops has stopped working since this morning, it will either show a black screen and then kick me out of Drops , or Drops intro keeps repeating nonstop.
Fix it please 🙏🏼

this app is amazing and very helpfull. I can find everything I need. However, you need to do some bug fixes on your app. the checkout is really weird.

Why do you even ask us to enter our location and address when your drivers won’t even look at them and call us to send them the location. Just remover the address part and let your drivers bother us asking for the location. This isn’t the first time. It keeps on happening the whole time and you don’t even bother. I know it’s the customer’s mistake to use Drops again.
