Refund

It was my first time using this app. And I wasn't satisfied at all. I ordered a product and received a completely something else. When I mentioned the problem to the customer support. They re- sent the same wrong item for the second time. When I asked for a refund they deducted from the original amount. And refused to pay the whole amount. If you plan on downloading Drops. Just don't. They don't care about how the customer feels. And that's a shame unfortunately

Worst update!!

The app was great it didn’t need enhancements at all!!!!! I can’t login to my account and if I used guest account the items disappear after 30 minutes!!!! REALLY??? I take time to browse when I finish and go to check out some of the items disappear!! I didn’t like the interface of the app looks dull! I hate it. I’m trying to purchase for days and I couldn’t. I tried customer service on whatsapp and my issues hasn’t been fixed yet!!!

The update

The new update is very bad, I cannot login into my account also when I use the guest card my items are removed. When I wanna sign as a new account, the password won’t work. Too much slides things are going I cannot get to what I want. Also, the categories are confusing there is no snacks category why😭😭😣😣 This is sad I really loved this app and used to recommend to everyone, but now I won’t use it anymore the update ruined it ☹️💔
