Stupid drivers working for a stupid app

Why do you even ask us to enter our location and address when your drivers won’t even look at them and call us to send them the location. Just remover the address part and let your drivers bother us asking for the location. This isn’t the first time. It keeps on happening the whole time and you don’t even bother. I know it’s the customer’s mistake to use the app again.

It was my first time using this app. And I wasn't satisfied at all. I ordered a product and received a completely something else. When I mentioned the problem to the customer support. They re- sent the same wrong item for the second time. When I asked for a refund they deducted from the original amount. And refused to pay the whole amount. If you plan on downloading Drops. Just don't. They don't care about how the customer feels. And that's a shame unfortunately

The app was great it didn’t need enhancements at all!!!!! I can’t login to my account and if I used guest account the items disappear after 30 minutes!!!! REALLY??? I take time to browse when I finish and go to check out some of the items disappear!! I didn’t like the interface of the app looks dull! I hate it. I’m trying to purchase for days and I couldn’t. I tried customer service on whatsapp and my issues hasn’t been fixed yet!!!
