Android app (4.3.1) hangs up buffering when accessing cloud library. Nor can it access local library. Gets message that tech are working on it. Seems that ios app works fine.
I’ve tried reinstalling the app…..it made me reset a password. Then keeps sending me to a screen that says “send push notification”. “Resend notification.” Help!
Arlo app can't access the internet. Our wifi is working properly. And my android phone is connected to wifi with all other apps working normally.
Everything was working fine. This morning the cameras are offline. Tried everything. What is going on.
My Arlo App quit working a couple days ago and I cannot log in. I have reset my base several times, have uninstalled the app several times. When I download the app and try to log in, it askes my for my email and password. After a few minutes I get a screen that says LOG BACK IN. I do this and in a few minutes it repeats, LOG BACK IN---on and on and on....HELP!!!
