Since the dark mode update was rolled out none of our phones ring on inbound calls. This update was supposed to add support for iOS dark mode, but all it did was break Freshcaller . Support solution was to turn off dark mode on the phones affected, which did nothing to fix the problem. Basically this is a useless app a this point, since no inbound calls can be received on Freshcaller . Hope they listen and fix it quick.
I wouldn’t use this service. When you really to record a phone call Freshcaller won’t connect. There are moments where it does connect and others when it doesn’t even you use your data plan.
That’s another issue, you have to use your data plan instead of WiFi to call, overall I just wouldn’t use this service.
This is terrible. Your app forces an update (which is just an update on appearance and nothing important) and now it doesn’t work. Not one call has come through all day today.
Rotten! I will recommend to our company that we drop you and go with another service if this isn’t fixed immediately.
If I pick up a call on from a mobile device like a cell phone, the call will immediately drop.
Also, there is no drop voicemail feature on Freshcaller.
Freshcaller is just missing so many features.
My company uses these services online, and for me using my phone is a more efficient option but it’s not connecting at all to my business and so I cannot use this app’s services and link it up to Freshsales. Terrible connectivity.
The recent update on 7/8 broke the ability to change the status from offline to online. App is completely unusable now

Wont accept proper URL. Just loops and wont go to the login screen. What a piece.
Yeah Freshcaller is not too great, especially after they started pushing design versus usability of their products.
Cannot listen to voicemails!! The only way to listen to voicemails is to login to the website (from desktop only) and its not mobile compatible.
Version 2.0 problems:
County code is always messed up. I literally only make calls in the USA but no matter what it wants me to set the country code. I’ve set it more times than I can remember and no luck.
GUI problems on iPhone Pro Max
I can’t speak for the other phones out there but on my iPhone Pro max, the bottom of the screen is completely messed up. All the icons and buttons are squished down to where they can’t be seen and are on top of one another. So I have the largest iPhone but I can’t read or see the buttons from this graphics or sizing bug.
As a manager i want to see the live dashboard and call metrics from the mobile app.
Loved everything thing else. But after a call leaves open for adding notes which is totally undesirable and is causing problems.
Appreciate adding the freshsales integration. It would be great to be able to call any number from contacts using freshcalle (like hangouts or Viber does). Keep up the good work!
